“We always make sure to stop at Badfins Food + Brew every time we go to Clearwater. The food is very tasty and love to try many of the different local craft beer selections. Jessica, our server was great, knowledgeable and friendly when we had questions for her. Can’t wait to go back on our next Clearwater vacation. Highly recommend!“
“This was my first visit to Coco Wood Grill. I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. Our water glasses were filled right away and our server, Benjamin, was promptly at the table to take drink orders and answer any questions. He explained the specials and we ordered drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were at our table within 10 minutes. We had the soup of the day, Lobster Bisque, Tuna Stack, and Tuna Poke Nachos. The bisque was creamy and loaded with flavor, delicious. The tuna appetizers had very generous portions of marinated raw ahi tuna and were delectable. For entrees, we had the Asian Salmon, Seabass a la Champagne, and the Fish and Chips Special. Just as we were deciding to hold off on finishing all of our appetizers, to leave room for our entrees, our very attentive server Benjamin showed up and asked if we were ready for our entrees. That is something I don't often see; a server so attentive to timing. It was extra, and very appreciated. Within a couple of minutes, he brought all of our entrees at the same time, piping hot, and looking fantastic. The Asian Salmon was very well-balanced with its brown sugar and honey drizzle. I usually avoid ordering this dish because it comes out too sweet but Coco Wood's chef balanced this sauce perfectly with the other spices and it just gave a hint of sweet, very appetizing. The Fish and Chips were delightful. The fish had a very enticing thin, crispy coating of breading and the haddock inside was juicy and flavorful, very enjoyable. Lastly, the Seabass a la Champagne, which our server Benjamin indicated is a specialty dish of theirs, was the show-stopper of the evening. It was a very generous portion of delectably flaky, perfectly seasoned, and expertly cooked seabass on top of a mouth-watering champagne risotto that was cooked to perfection, all topped with an impeccably balanced sherry sauce and lobster claw meat. The dish was luscious. I couldn't wait to take another bite! Throughout our time there, our server Benjamin was highly attentive. We never had to wait for drink refills, he checked on us regularly and was an absolute gem of a server. Overall, I highly recommend Coco Wood Grill. The food, service, and ambience, were superb!Parking: There are two lots for parking. The first is at the corner of Coral Ave and Gulf Blvd. This is their private parking lot, customers only. The other lot is just south of the restaurant at the corner of 178th Ave and Gulf Blvd. This is a public lot. There is also parking along the street on both sides. There is a drop-off area right in front of the restaurant.“
“I have so many food allergies & sensitivities. The owner is very mindful of cross contamination and even took the time to come to my table & discuss my dietary needs. The food was absolutely incredible and the atmosphere is so cozy. I highly recommend“
“This place is a gem! Amazing food, wonderful service and a great location. A must visit restaurant in Clearwater beach. They even went above and beyond, mailing an item we left of my daughters at the restaurant as they were our last stop before heading to the airport. Absolutely the best!“
“The food is amazing! All the reviews were spot on. The service was fast and so hospitable. Joe the owner spent time out of his day to chat with us too. Will definitely be coming back!Kid-friendliness: They had an outdoor area with kid stuff to play with“
“Our first night in Clearwater and we made a reservation. Our waiter, Brandon, was very professional and polite. We had the crispy calamari as an appetizer. My wife had the short rib and I had the rigatoni bolognese pasta. Both were fabulous. We decided to make a reservation the last night and were lucky to learn that Brandon was our waiter again (great job)! This time we had chilled shrimp as an appetizer, Caesar salads and the Tuscan pizza. Again, the meal was fantastic.Thank you to Brandon and the chefs for making our first and last “date” night in Clearwater memorable.“
“we had half their menu! And nothing was less than spectacular! our server was so outstanding! I would drive the two hrs from Winter Garden just for the scallops! Definitely recommend this place to everyone! Fair warning the salad is HUGE!“
“My wife and I came here on a very busy night. However, our host, Al, was very kind and helped us out and got us seated super quickly. The food took a minute but was well worth the wait, and there wasn’t much to complain about because the view is spectacular. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back here if we’re in Clearwater again.“
“In an area full of overpriced tourist traps, this place stands out for me. The food was great, the service was friendly and quick, and tge pricing is appropriate for what you get. My shrimp po boy was excellent with loads of great shrimp. Made this Idaho boy happy!“
“Celebrated a birthday here, and it was fantastic. We chose the wine pairings with each course, which I also highly recommend. It's the full dining experience, including an intermezzo (tart sorbet) palat cleansing - the sort of details that are often overlooked even in major metro epicurian restaurants.I highly recommend Stan's if you are looking for that "I want to experience the tastes & flavors that you unlock". It was very, very memorable.“
“Best subs I have ever had, and I am old so I have had a lot of subs. They pack their subs full of meat, that they cut in front of you, for a very reasonable price. The taste combinations are amazing - they explode in your mouth. Simply delicious. You have to try these subs. I tend to favor the different Italian subs, but they have some interesting chicken-chicken salad subs. They even have their own way of folding in the meat that adds to the taste experience.“
“It has always been a fantastic experience at Urban Stillhouse. The customer service is outstanding starting with the GM Joey who is always greeting the customers and makes you feel at home. Neilson, the bartender is the best there is, an expert at his craft. Beautiful Natalie in the gift shop and hosting always has a smile on her face greeting everyone. This is by far our favorite restaurant in St. Pete.“
“I personally wrote mgmt about how amazing Starlite was with and for us for our wedding day just this past Saturday! Initially guided by Teresa and Leslie who were spot on organized and made life easy for us, we were then handed over to Ted for coordinating and to be our personal assistant. Ted was phenomenal!!!!! He cared about every detail along with us. Ted made sure that he was not only in the initial planning stage but lived it with us! Being there on our wedding day, Ted made sure that everything we put down on our itinery was met 100%. Starlite gets 5 stars for providing great services and a great staff. Ted gets 5 starts for getting it done, hands on and again, leading the way all the way through till the end. Stephanie, the DJ, was so awesome!! Easy to work with and so pumped the crowd up. She wanted to make the party rock, which it did! Everyone who flew in from around the country for a weekend in St. Pete for the wedding, are saying it was the best wedding they went to because it was "an experience" on a yacht, tour, great service, great staff, great experience. Our social media clips etc have 1,000s of views because of the presentation and live action onboard. I highly recommend having you event here. We will definitely plan anniversaries etc using Starlite. And Ted, is our friend now! (When I can add video clips soon, I'll update this review with video clips) 5 stars“
“The old saying of never judge a book by its cover is in order for the location in Treasure Island. Never been there and we wanted Mexican food as we had just arrived in town. Walking to the restaurant and saw the front of it and thought oh boy. Well, the food is freaking amazing, staff and service are above and beyond awesome, and the tres amigos mini would have been just right for two, but my eyes and stomach were telling me to go for it on the regular size. Carnitas and Shredded beef hard shell tacos Mexican style were awesome as well as all three dips with the chips. Our waiter even brought out three additional samples of their sauces and we'll diablo does have a late kick in the teeth, but overall all of them were very good.“
“Suzi’s is Satisfying Suzi’s is a popular breakfast/lunch restaurant. The place is clean, the servers are efficient and nice and the prices are fair. We were there for breakfast and I had the scrambled eggs with French toast and link sausage. I appreciate French toast that is properly cooked and isn’t soggy in the middle and this was just right. My wife had the Spanish omelet which was large and tasty. The coffee was good and hot. Nice place and we’ll return.“
“Place is great, but don't expect to hear a song you like on the jukebox. I played a Kenny Wayne Shepherd song and they deliberately skipped it which was kinda ignorant. What's the point in having the jukebox?Other than that, great atmosphere and awesome beer selection.“
“Spent the weekend in St Pete and of all the places we went to (which was a lot) O’maddy’s by far had the best overall food, atmosphere and drinks. Very fun St Patty’s weekend festival with them closing the street and having tents everywhere. Service was also very fast as well.“
“I want to start with the service. I wish I could remember our waiters name, but he was fast and attentive, couldn’t ask for better service. We even had another young later come to check on us right after he took our order.Drinks and food are priced well, especially for how delicious they both were. Their take on the tamales as photographed were great!Would recommend this place to others, and would come back again for a nice, lowkey Americanized Mexican dinner!“
“Ate dinner here for the first time Friday night and everything we ordered was very good. HUGE portions - we got pasta dishes because we saw so many being ordered and they didn’t disappoint. Service was good despite them being busy, we even brought dessert home. We will definitely be back or try the convenient pickup window, there’s so many other things we want to try.“
“Vegetarian options: A friend ordered the wrong vegetarian dish.. they changed it right away and took it off the bill.Dietary restrictions: We had a allergy in our group they were very attentive!Parking: Get stamped to get a discount on parking, very kind staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorway to accommodate“
“Nice People, Good Food This is for their Daily News Cafe on Belcher. It was a busy Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation. The very nice staff found us a place. They took care of us promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. We started with the Daily News Shrimp appetizer which was delicious. We moved on to the Chicken Marsala which was very good and the Grilled Branzino which was even better. It was nice to have a meal that included some vegetables. That’s hard to find these days. The servings were large enough to have some leftovers—always appreciated. I do wish their wine list was a little better and cocktails would have been nice. In any case, the nice staff make up for any shortcomings. I’ll be back and I’d like to try their other location on Ft Harrison in Clearwater.“
“Amazing service, the staff was very friendly. Me and my family all ordered omelettes, two club and one spinach, and they were absolutely delicious! There was very little wait time, especially surprising given how many people were there with us. As a bonus frogs are my favorite animal so the decorations were very fitting! Would come back anytime.“
“Everything was piping hot. Clean restaurant. Much better than the chain breakfast restaurants. It's why they're always so busy. It's what I would call a small restaurant in a strip mall. A whole in the wall to experience Excellent hot food. You would never know how great it is by looking inside the restaurant.“
“Very much like a family diner. Service was very fast and I felt like I had been dining here for years-but it was my first time. I gave the food 4 stars because the sandwich was very greasy. However it was super delicious nonetheless. I will go back and try other items.“
“Wonderfully whimsical artwork from countless artists! Jewelry, ocarinas, tea sets, cutting boards, cups, bowls, trays and sculpture all showcased in a beautifully preserved craftsman style bungalow.Highly recommend!! The next time you're in Grand Central make a point to stop in to the Craftsman House!“
“My husband have always loved Sonny’s. The food is great and affordable and we’ve always had great service. Our server Frankie was SO attentive on our recent trip. Even though they were busy we were checked on, drinks filled, and food brought out promptly. THANK YOU “
“My wife hosted a meetup group here which was attended by 6 people. This was our first time there, as well as for most of the party. The food was amazing, and ther service was above expectations. we had seen it passing by, as we just recently moved to the area, and are both so glad we hosted the meetup here, and will definitely be returning.“
“Wow very busy, staff lovely, have to say food is fresh a d well plated. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the food was luke warm . I love hot food and I expected hot food , so was disappointed that its was not especially the potatoes.“
“Blind Shark was the closest bar to our Airbnb and did not disappoint. Coming from Wisconsin, we don't have local watering holes you can smoke inside, so that was a huge plus to us! Drink selection was perfect for our simple tastes, and the locals/bartenders were great. Food was amazing also!Their karaoke night, I made sure to sign up. In the process, I made a friend (who is a local) and got her to sing with me for her first time in years! My fiance and I became friends with her and her husband, spending time with them outside of the bar during our stay. The hospitality is bar-none (no pun intended) and I'd be ecstatic to go back in the future. Very comfy space.“
“It sounds like you had a great experience at Lucky Lizard in Madeira Beach! Zach's exceptional service as a bartender must have added a lot to your visit. Stellar service often makes a significant difference in the overall enjoyment of a restaurant or bar experience. It's wonderful to hear that Zach is regarded as a staple there. Your review highlights the importance of excellent customer service in creating positive memories for patrons.“
“Pretty Good We went here for Sunday breakfast. The place has pretty typical diner atmosphere. Our server was delightful. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was a little higher-priced than other places. We dropped the cheese and had sliced tomatoes for a side which was a $1 upcharge (not noted on the menu). The tomatoes were white and bland. We also had the ham steak & eggs. The ham was very good—better than most other diners. As is often the case, the accompanying toast was practically dripping with butter and left fingers very greasy. I’m officially giving up on grits at mid-Pinellas breakfast places. The grits here were the texture of cream of wheat and devoid of flavor. Roo Roo’s is fine. If I return, it would be for the ham and the friendly server.“
“10/10 - If you know you know. The Caribbean Cafe Cuban is the best Cuban in the Area. Yes Pipos, Bodega ( I don't always want Pulled Mojo Smoked Pork Shoulder) and Columbia are all Great, but this as been my go to for years and NEVER Disappoints. It is a TRUE AUTHENTIC CUBAN. Plus the Price is Right and the Rice and Beans are also F I R E . AND THAT BREAD!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!ALSO - This gets Delivered from Central Ave to Tierra Verde by Uber Eats REALLY Well. Will continue to be a happy customer.“
“I have lived in Shipwatch for over 2 years now. Shipwatch is a Fantastic place to live. I have made many friends. There are all types of activities. The tennis group and Pickleball groups are active and welcoming. There are card games, Friday night get togethers on the deck, Cornhole, Bingo, Trivia and more. There is also a yacht basin if you own a boat. I am very glad I moved here, it is FUN!!“
“We ate here last night. We made reservations and were seated right away. It's a very large place and it was very busy! It's a little noisy inside. Service was great! Food was pretty good. I had a Mexican salad, and it was delicious..everything was very fresh! My husband had a shrimp appetizer, and it was very tasty! He had a Cuban with turkey. He said it was good, but nothing special. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“
“I spoke to the waitress about my dietary needs, and she said no problem at all. I ordered the Philly cheese steak as a wrap, and it was delicious! My friend ordered the fish and chips and coconut shrimp, and it was also delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked. The waitress was on top of everything, friendly, and extremely helpful.“
“My husband and I decided to try this spot out today - it’s so hidden and the back patio has a great view of some water however the inside leaves much to be desired. The staff however were super friendly! We felt very well taken care of and they had awesome attitudes as servers. The food was very good. I had the potato crisp which had every good tasting food ever inside - hash browns, bacon, cheese, caramelized onions - sooo good! My husband got the filet mignon and eggs. He loved it - he just wished the filet was bigger than just a bite or two because he said it tasted fantastic. We also split an elaborate breakfast sandwich which was pretty good ??Overall, I would come back here eventually because it was tasty and the staff was friendly but I don’t think I’d come out of my way to come here regularly. Definitely worth a try though if you’re looking for a new spot!“
“we didn't really care for the food. the fries had a grease taste and the gyro sauce tasted funny. the prices are quite high. for 3 people it was over 60.00 for gyros fries and drinks. we should have gone somewhere else for those prices. The add on combo options were really ridiculous. A gyro for 12.00 wow. I won't be back.“
“If you want a classy dinner cruise experience complete with amazing food, views, and dancing ? (yes!), then look no further. My mom and I had a wonderful time when we visited Tampa and I chose this cruise because of all the fabulous reviews. It didn’t disappoint. I also appreciate the dress code. Thank you to everyone on the cruise who made our few hours on your yacht so lovely.“
“local dive bar carports pool tables all your regular shots liquor some lines most years that you could possibly want. a very local crowd a little bit older 55 average age but they do have several nights where they get college age clientele all at all decent place to go and wet your whistle“
“Our experience was amazing at the Postcard Inn! I had 10 girl friends come into town for my Bachelorette Party and this stay was perfect for our group! The rooms were comfortable and the hotel amenities made the trip a breeze! With a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop on site we didn’t have to go far to have a great time! The pool and cabana experience was just what we wanted!“
“Hats off to the chef!! I just had the best cream of mushroom soup ever!! I know that sounds like a weird soup to rave over but it’s so damn good! Big chunks of mushroom and there was an amazing depth of flavor in the base. Short ribs was my entree… it was melt in your mouth goodness!! It had whipped potatoes and brussels for side. Everything went well together!! Would have dined in if we weren’t under the weather, so we could tell the chef dinner was great :)“
“I have been coming to TI for 10 years and not sure how i missed this place. Mckey at the bar was great! Good recommendations on food and drinks. His service is superior. I had the fish dip and the Altitude burger. The only unfortunate part is that it rained and they dont have a covered bar outside . Definitely will be “
“The food is cooked to order and is excellent. The building is a hard luck location, but for MB most of their business is either delivery or drive through. The dining room is worn but scrupulously clean, as are the restrooms. It isn't really a place to go out of your way for, but if you're in the area and want a nice little seafood restaurant then you would not go wrong by coming here.Parking: The place is in the middle of a massive parking crater. Much of the complex is vacant, so parking will not be a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no booths, and every table in the dining room is wheelchair accessible.“
“Best ruben sandwich around! You get free pie with your dine in meal on Wednesday. I wish they offered a wider selection in that dept, but you will still love this place! Old school diner food. The best!Vegetarian options: Plenty for you picky people.Dietary restrictions: Yup.Parking: Easy parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here.“
“Great place for awesome views and great food. I recommend the Fish Tacos! But no 5 star because of the poor service, its like we did not exist. To pay our bill I had to go to the bar and do it there. No Bueno! Thanks for your response. It was Tuesday March 5th around 2:30 pm. We sat down and it was like we were not there. It continued that way the rest of our time there. Never came by to ask if we needed anytjing else not even refils. Had to walk to the bar to pay our bill. But we will go again as we have been there before and love the Fish tacos and the views! BTW this last visit was an anniversary lunch.“
“My husband and I went here for dinner once and we were really happy overall with our experience. The food was excellent, both presentation and taste wise. We ordered the Crab Rangoons for an appetizer and they were amazing, some of the best Crab Rangoon's I've had in a long time. My husband ordered the Volcano Sushi Roll for his entree and he loved it, I tried it as well and thought it was very tasty. I ordered the Bone-In Chicken and it was also quite good, however I was not a huge fan of the sauce on the chicken. My husband really enjoyed the chicken too, it definitely had a lot of flavor and was cooked to perfection. Very juicy, not remotely dry which is what you should get at an expensive restaurant such as this one. We ordered the Pandan Brûlée for dessert and it was very yummy, not the best crème brûlée I've ever had but good. The service here was wonderful. Our server was super helpful, kind, and most of all, he was very attentive to our every need. I love the ambiance in this restaurant, it is extremely relaxed and it feels very much like fine-dining. It was very fancy overall and a great dining experience, 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!“
“So I accidentally made reservations with the wrong Mad Fish for 4:15 pm we walked up and the owner stated we don’t open till 5pm but if you come back in 15 mins we can get you in . The food was amazing and so was our waitress Ciarra !!!! We can’t wait to come back next year. Mad Fish is amazing !!!!“
“The food is always good. The atmosphere is one of a kind and very inviting. Tasha the bartender is very attentive and always a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend the Daq Shack to anyone looking for all of the above whether you are in town on vacation or a local.“
“I always enjoy coming here enjoying the fresh Oysters from a variety of areas, drink specials the service by Rachael is absolutely amazing, variety of sports. Definitely a must stop by and have a front view of the water. Thanks for a great time as always.Ron“
“Service was very friendly, maybe a little slow to refill, but that could have just been a one off. Food is highly priced, but makes up for it in taste. The portion size was average & what you’d expect. Large parking lot, so parking was not an issue. Based off the price alone this isn’t somewhere I would frequently visit, but for some special occasions I will.“
