“Once we got in, we immediately got a table. We ordered the triplet of ceviches, pulp anticuchero, fettuccine al pesto con loco saltado, and rope chafa. The octopus was overcooked. The best tasting dishes were the ceviches and rope chafa. The service was lacking. There were a lot of waiters and waitress but no sense of urgency when it came to changing our plates, refilling our waters, providing extra napkins, etc. The decor in this place was modern and nice.“

“I have to say Kiki our server was awesome! I want to start off with saying they gave us scissors, crab cracker, and a bib. I've gone to a few places that doesn't provide these items. We ordered the combo #2, which has 1lb of shrimp, 1lb snow crab, and 1lb of crawfish. We got the ultimate, which all sauces are combined. Let me tell you, the seafood was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The crawfish especially. I have to give kudos?. If the crawfish aren't cooked properly, they have an off taste but these were great!“

“My last few reviews weren't good. However, this place ended the bad streak. It is delicious, mac and cheese with ceviche. The grilled octopus was perfect. The milkshake was the greatest milkshake I ever had. Definitely recommended it, and for sure, coming. Thank you for ending my one-star reviews. You definitely deserve 10 stars.

“My Mother's Day dinner at Bonefish Grill in Plantation was a hit!

Despite the busy crowd, our wait time was reasonable thanks to our reservation. However, the seating arrangement left us a bit cramped in a corner near the to-go entrance, but we made the best of it.

Our waiter, Reusean P, was an absolute gem! He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly personable--just the kind of service you hope for when dining out.

Now, onto the most important part--the food! It was absolutely delicious and came out piping hot. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meals, which included Mahi Mahi with shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, Shrimp Scampi with fries, Atlantic Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and jasmine rice, Sirloin with a crab cake, asparagus, and garlic potatoes, and Coral Reef Punch to drink. Everything was flavorful and satisfying.

Overall, it was a fantastic Mother's Day dinner that left us all feeling happy and satisfied.“

“We went this evening after seeing a friend post the menu. WOW!!! We sat right at the bar and had the Drunken Mussels app, gumbo, shrimp poboy, and shrimp taco. What a GREAT meal. The staff was friendly and top notch. We met Chef Joe who obviously has passion, talent, skill and fantastic people skills and enjoyed chatting with him just as much as his creations. “Council Oak never disappoints. Started with the porkbelly bacon appetizer then the main course was phenomenal had a bone in ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes then they gave us free chocolates. Also had the best service from our waiter Mark. Mark paid very good attention to my party's needs. He was very nice and made excellent recommendations. All of the reviews I've read on this place is what made me come here except for the ridiculously entitled people who complain about having to wait an extra 10 minutes. To attack a business because they're busy and they're doing their best to get you a seed is selfish and shows how much you think the world revolves around you. I wish they had an app that you can review the reviewer. I hope you get stuck in traffic for the next month. I hope the next time you have to crap in public The person that's in the bathroom before you has constipation.
