“The best Chinese food I have eater in a long time. Sweet and sour chicken was fantastic. The Customer Service was absolutely fabulous.“

“Best Chinese around our area in Spring Hill and we have tried a lot of them and always come back to this! Their portions are good and their prices are good. We will always order from here and highly recommend. My favorite is the bourbon chicken and my hubby likes the general Tao’s.“

“My partner and I just moved to the area and we are so happy to have found this place. We get takeout from here 1-2 times a month. I’ve had several things from here now. The shrimp and vegetables is great. Prob my fave. They are plump and juicy. The beef and mushrooms is good. The dumplings are good but different than I expected….more won ton style. My favorites are the fried rice and the boneless spare ribs. The orange chicken is what my partner always gets now. The sauce is fantastic. Food is very consistent. Portions last for a few meals not just one.

There is an answering service I think for taking your order but we’ve always got what we ordered. FAST.“

“We originally ordered through Uber. I was so excited to finally get Chinese! We unfortunately were brought the wrong order. Uber handled it but I was really sad so my bf said to call the restaurant. So I did and they were very apologetic. They asked if I could come pick up the correct order so I did. And they let me keep the original order. “Stayed at Timber Pines and decided to try this as a take away option. The lady taking the orders was efficient albeit a little brusque.
Ordered sweet and sour pork and Mongolian beef, neither of which were like the photos. The pork came as battered balls like the chicken photo, which was a shame as we didnt want a battered dish. The Mongolian beef looked more like beef, ginger and spring onion, certainly not in a delightful sweet sticky sauce as normal.
Whilst the portion size was good the food wasnt good enough for a return visit.
So sorry, just notk good enough for a better review.“

“I’m embarrassed to say I meant to order from a different restaurant closer to my house after realizing my mistake I headed here. I was pleasantly surprised the food was great, the couple working there were very friendly unlike the other restaurant I went to first. I highly recommend what I got general tso chicken combo pork fried rice, veg low mein, boneless ribs combo pork fried rice, and teriyaki beef all were excellent.“

“Ordered a take out spare rib dinner. Spare ribs were half fat and half unchewable tough meat. Called Hong Kong restaurant to inform them about the issue. The manager informed me I had to bring the food back. It was 8:30 at night and I am an 85 year old woman, so I told her I would bring it back the next day. She told me that was unacceptable and she could not help me. This is a restaurant who's food is grossly inferior and customer service is worse. Shame on them. Warning!! Think twice before you eat there food“
