“When I first walked in the door i was taken back by the upscale dining room. We had a wonderful experience from appetizers to desert. Our server Nikita was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great suggestions, enhancing our total experience. I am looking forward to returning for more delicious Russian/Armenian food. They also have a food market next door, another great find.”

“3/17/24 8:45:54 PM Today I was introduced to a hidden gem in Sunny Isles-ART PRIORI RESTAURANT…I was taken by a friend Elina, who is familiar with one of the owners family. We were seated quickly by the hostess. We were able to sit in the open air patio area which was great especially on a beautiful day. We were brought water and fresh bread very quickly. The menu is multi-european in its choices. We ordered several delicious appetizers, I especially loved the Tuna Tartar which was creatively presented and served atop of an avocado base-I thoughly enjoyed the combination…my friend’s favorite was the Beef Tartar and we ordered a creatively composed salad of mixed green, fresh sweet pears, feta in a light dressing-it was perfect. I appears the menu continues to evolve from what I’ve read. Our bill did not include an automatic gratuity. The décor eclectic, polished yet inviting… The owner is clearly an art lover…its evident in the décor and the artful food presentation. The prices are in the average range for this area. Our service was excellent, very accommodating yet not hovering. Easy parking right outside their entrance. All in all a delightful afternoon. I’ll be returning and I recommend.”

“The food is what I came in for and I got what I came for. I ordered the make your own omelette well done with spinach and mushrooms, potatoes came with. The husband had the veggie omelette with a salad. The cappuccino was incredible with almond milk. It was so good I forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere is family and dog friendly. The dog belongs outside. I loved the kid space. The waiter Igor was helpful, his recommendations made the difference and his humor was refreshing. We will be back!!!”

“We went to dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the AMAZING service: Osmany was the best server I’ve ever had—he explained the entire menu to us and was very attentive and caring throughout. This is now our new favorite spot in Sunny Isles. All the staff were fantastic, but the hospitality truly stood out. The maracuya mojito was the best I’ve ever had, and the grilled liver (hígado a la italiana) was one of the best I’ve tasted. I highly recommend this place, 100%. Whoever selected the servers, keep them—they are exceptional! Greetings from Canada.”

The chic decor added to the ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a night out. But the real stars of the show were the dishes! The watermelon pork belly appetizer was OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. And the truffle rainbow roll? Perfect in every way. 🍣👌 We'll definitely be back again to try more of their delicious offerings. “For a beachfront restaurant, the menu is extensive and some of the dishes are quite interesting, I was pleasantly surprised (even a little impressed). Especially the grilled Mediterranean sardines, which were quite good, and the small Greek salad was also fresh, but the vinaigrette would have been better. This is a very child-friendly place with great service and can accommodate a large group of adults and a group of children. Reasonable prices and right on the beach. The portions are generous”

My partner has a fish allergy and they made sure that his food wouldn’t be cooked on the same grill as the fish dishes. “This business has changed management and it’s name but is no longer Maso, it is Brezza Beach Bar & Restaurant. I have come here several times over the past year and the both the service and food are always excellent. Breakfast is on the pricier side, but I find that lunch and dinner prices are reasonable. The biggest problem with the restaurant is accessing it as it is on the beach side of a huge 3 tower condominium complex, but it’s well worth it. The view of the beach and ocean is fantastic and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Free WiFi helps you overcome the lack of reception caused by the huge concrete towers. You do not have to be a condo resident to eat here. The center tower lobby receptionist will instruct you on how to get to the back of the building; there is a path through the garage.”
