“Pollo Tropical never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and hits every time. The grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh—not sitting around like a lot of other fast food spots. The sides are just as good too, especially the rice, beans, and plantains—they really complete the meal.
What I like most is that it feels like a healthier option compared to typical fast food, but still has a ton of flavor. The variety on the menu is great, so there’s always something different to try, and everything is priced pretty reasonably for the quality you get.
The service is usually quick, and the staff keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better.
Overall, Pollo Tropical is my go-to when I want something fast, tasty, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“When I first started to go there, the food was a lot better, and the portionsizes were huge. Lately, it's been off. I eat there at least 3-4 times a month, and something has changed. I will continue to patronize because I feel it will make its way back to the standard I know and love.“

From the cashier, to the servers, to the cooks, and even the staff who clean the tables—everyone treats me with kindness and respect. They make me feel better than at home. The service is always consistent, warm, and professional.

“It was such a nice experience, the place was so clean and the ambience was so quiet and peaceful. Ofc we came around brunch time thinking it was gon be busy but it wasn’t and we loved it.
Daniel was our waiter and he was the most attentive and friendliest person I’ve met so far being here in Florida for our vacation. He was so sweet making conversations was easy and smooth made us feel at home.
The food was spectacular, my husband got their traditional Colombia meal with plantains , beans , chicharron and rice etc it was delicious!!
I got their 8oz sirloin with smash potatoes and waffles fries. It was cooked the way I had asked medium rare. It was perfect and filling.
This is definitely the place to come and try or to even come BACK! ☺☺“

“Amazing service, amazing food! We often stay at a hotel near by and eat here at least a few times every trip. My favorite dinner meal is the churrasco skirt steak with chimichurri and shrimp. Superb! Also, love their lemonade and mango shake. Breakfast is also great. Will be coming back here every time!“

“Lenin was great! Perfect warm welcome, accommodating my request for crudite instead of to stones with the fish dip! The steak & green olive empanada was perfection. They even made me a caiprinha upon request. Had a hiccup towards the end of happy hour while he was a little tied up, I communicated it to him jokingly and he treated me to a special delight for being transparent. Highly recommend this lovely view with this phenomenal server I had. *second visit, first was more leisurely but service was nothing special*“

“I first learned of this restaurant through instagram, I then looked it up on google and was very impressed with the reviews. Let me tell you, the reviews do not lie! Absolutely everything we tasted, from the sangria, to the appetizers to the meal itself and dessert was absolutely amazing! The service was also top notch! Rosy was very attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. Tony greeted us at the door and was also very friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful! This is a must to try if you are in Miramar!“
