I recommend only for the food. Which is either great or ok depending on what day and who is in the kitchen.
2 for 1 Margaritas is a joke. $13.99 for an original $15.99 for favors. Really? That’s a normal $7 or $8 drink price!
Not to mention there is hardly any alcohol in them!
It was Friday night and there was hardly anybody there. Digging their grave.
This place is by far the worst Mexican restaurant ever. After ordering food our server began to sweep the floor as if she had no customers. I had to literally ask about our food, I’m guessing she really didn’t care. She ended up bringing the food eventually, which was COLD. I advised her that the food was Cold, I asked her could they remake it or just take it off my order. The server brought the food back that we gave her which was pinch off of. El Patron Mexican Grill & Cantina is a restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican dishes, such as steak tacos, sizzling pork for tacos, veggie quesadillas, and chile relleno. The deck provides a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy meals. The food is some of the best Mexican cuisine and the chips and salsa are extremely good. The atmosphere was quiet and the best of all. Enchiladas Poblanos were decent with good portion and friends tacos were really nice with no sogginess. The drinks were even better and service was great. Desserts like the cheesecake burrito and flavored margaritas may be additional temptations for future visits.
