“This location does a good of job getting your order to you in a timely manner, fresh and CORRECT. This is the only location in Tallahassee that actually gives you your drink(s) with your food without an additional wait. Shame on the other locations! Shame!“

“Was sitting at the drive-through while everything was bustling inside. We were met through the intercom by Joanne, who was absolutely fantastic. We could hear all the craziness in the background from customers, making various demands and multitude of orders. Need to be filled all at once. She was kind of us and kind of all of her staff, the only downside was, she forgot to turn off her headset, but, hearing how awesome she was to her team during that much stress from customers being pushy let me to write this review. You need people like her to stick around, because she made sure the entire team stayed strong.“

“I’ve been around the block with McDonald’s fries, but this particular location? ohhh, it was a whole different kind of crispy perfection. After a long, unsatisfied wait at another Mcdonalds (pensacola), I pulled up here hoping for redemption. what I got? fries so golden and hot, they practically flirted with my taste buds. every bite was like a slow dance between crunchy and salty, and let’s just say my tongue was thoroughly satisfied.

I don’t know who’s back there in the kitchen, but they deserve a raise, a trophy, and possibly a kiss. If heaven had a drive-thru, this would be it. Consider me hooked, and believe me when I say—I’ll be back for more. ??“

“This was the best service I've had at a McD's in a long time. I ordered inside, and they were friendly, quick, and everything was hot. I only waited a short time since the drive-thru was busy. The manager even handled a phone call very professionally while I was paying for my food.“

“Small interior seating. Not much more on curbside. Get there early. Ask for Paul, who remembered us 1 year apart. Menu items the best we've tried. Portions fantastic, two extra meals if you're taking it home. Very nice wine selections. Love it.“

“Not busy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were severely understaffed. One person doing drive thru and doing food. The lady taking my order was nice and was happy that I wasn’t mad at her for it taking a few mins too long. The gm of this location should not have a job for leaving 1 person to do all the work“

“My husband went through the McDonald’s mobile app and ordered me two triple cheeseburgers a medium fry and a larger caramel frappe around 9pm last night (currently 9 months pregnant) I ate one of my sandwiches and ate the other the next morning for breakfast but as I was eating it I noticed it was actually a double cheeseburger wrapped inside of a triple cheeseburger wrapper. So after work I went to McDonald’s to let them know what happened but was told by the manager Silvia that if I wanted a refund or a remake I would have to go through the app and request one and they would send something in the mail. Of course I was upset about the entire situation because I didn’t think it was fair that I had to do all of those stepped over a mistake that the coworkers made. But Silvia was very sweet and very patient with me and called her manager to see if she could remake the other and she told her yes. Not only did they make my sandwich right but she also gave me a medium fry and two caramel frappes. Definitely want to say thank you to her and her kindness“

“Went through the drive through at about 11pm, not super busy and there was an associate in a purple Jesus hoodie who was such an angel, alongside a younger gentleman. They made our online order timely and with no mistakes. Both these workers had a great attitude! :)“

“This McDonald's was actually good in the evening! The order taker was friendly, they actually spoke when giving my food instead of just handing me the bag in silence, and the fries were just right.

The past several years, I've been to a lot of McDonald's while traveling for work, and most don't even try past 5pm, but this location did things right!“

“I love this McDonald's. The person I assume is the manager does the damn thing and runs it by herself most mornings and still gives fast friendly service and delicious food! I have a bacon egg and cheese biscuit addiction currently because of her ?“

“Always fast, always accurate for me. Fries are hot and perfect. Curbside pickup gets a little sketchy late at night with homeless people coming up to your car in the parking lot for change. They are largely harmless, just makes it a little awkward“

“We go out of our way to visit this location! The staff here are wonderful!! They make the entire visit worth coming to this location. Unlike many locations when in need of something you don't have to stand at the counter long and wait for someone to ask what you need. My husband went to ask for a refill and he was greeted by 3 different employees! In any other establishment, he would have been ignored. Any time we have visited here we have also been greeted coming in the door. I thought those times had been lost. It feels nice to know they have not. Way to go McDonald's! You're rockin' it out at this location! Wish they could all be this way! Copy and repeat with these employees or something
