Food: Delish and full of Flavor
Service: Absolutely amazing our server was so sweet and also made sure to aid in my meal as I was prepping for a show and needed my meal to be built different

Restaurant had an amazing view from the 9th floor of the stunning Edition Hotel, very speedy and kind service, and amazing food. I recommend the filet mignon kebab and the crispy doughnut bites with honey, they were delightful. Our server Nathaly was especially helpful and very kind to us during our first time here. Pricing may be at the upper end, however I think it's absolutely worth it. Visit during sunset!
This experience was absolutely amazing! As locals, we had never visited because we assumed The Edition would feel a bit too stuffy for us—but we couldn't have been more wrong. The drinks were incredible, and Bri was hands-down one of the sweetest, most fun, and attentive servers we've ever had. She truly made our experience unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back—especially to see Bri again!
Azure at EDITION offers a delightful dining experience with a charming ambiance and calming views. The appetizers, including the spicy Maria and Greek salad, continue to receive praise, while recent visitors have enjoyed dishes like the chili hummus, tuna tartare, filet kabobs, and lamb meatballs. Guests have found the food to be wonderfully flavorful, especially during brunch, with highlights such as the Hummus with Sourdough Pita and Grilled Spanish Octopus. The beautiful outdoor seating on the terrace enhances the dining experience, offering stunning views of Channelside, the Arena, and the river. While the service has received mixed feedback, many guests found it attentive and friendly. Some did mention slow service times, but overall, the experience remains positive. The drinks and desserts impress, particularly the Pistachio Kataifi and Banana Espresso Martini. However, the Ribeye steak still falls short, suggesting room for improvement. Azure at EDITION is highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable dining experience in downtown Tampa.
