“It had been 20 years since i lived in Tampa and I use to go here all the time. The portions the presentation and service has always been amazing and today i was lucky enough to be in tampa and i couldnt resist. “Nick always remembers my wife and I when we come in to get ice cream. We left Tampa for a year, and when we finally moved back to the area and went to Cold Stone, Nick remembered us immediately and asked how our time was in the other city. He has great attention to detail and customer service. Not to mention he is always cheery, conversational, and makes a mean ice cream! He is a true gem and deserves a raise/promotion! We know we are in good hands when we pull up to CS and Nick is there.“

“I always enjoy coming to this spot after church to get me some dessert, on 7/25/21 it’s was different not the friendly atmosphere In the drive-through when I was ordering I wasn’t told they did not have any tops for my ice cream and the cups of ice cream were sloppy ice cream dripping off on the sides I had to drive to the window to get my price and then when I got home I didn’t receive the correct size spoons this may seem like I’m picking but I’m not I’m not used to this type of treatment so this Sunday I’m disappointedHope my next trip will be better or the way it always been friendly and excited to serve“

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!“

“Went here after school per reccomendation of my classmates. I had no idea what I wanted and the girl up front was super patient and helped me find something I would like. Ended up with a strawberry black tea with strawberry and blueberry popping boba. OMFG it was so good.“

“My bf and I came here after having the worst dinning experience for our date night. He spotted this place as we were headed home and he knows how much I love Frida Kahlo. We were both pretty impressed. They are open late. Great location. Great atmosphere and the staff were super sweet. The prices are affordable and the options are plenty. I look forward to seeing how they grow. This place is for sure a must try. I wish I had taken more photos. I took several videos and google doesn’t allow video upload. Get cute and go have some desert.“

“The woman that works here was very sweet and helpful and they have a new coconut flavor (or new to me) that was delicious! This location is much less crowded than the other south tampa location, which is a bonus in my book.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves coming to this one. The outside seating is on a little Astro turf area that she loves to play on :)“

“First time experiencing The Sugar Factory. Did not wait for reserved table. The food did take awhile to come out and a manager made rounds to inform us (Tree) that the kitchen just got slammed and they're trying to push out food as quickly as they can. Tree did take care of someone in our party their drink. It was getting watered down waiting for the food. Overall food was absolutely great, great music playlist. Our server Caleb was great.“

“One word: WOW! I tried the Dubai Chocolate Kunafa Pistachio bar in milk chocolate. It was so much better than I imagined. Completely worth the hype and the price is competitive. Both the smores waffle and the strawberries and cream w/nutella waffle were out of this world. The service was wonderful. Such a kind family running this place. It's beautifully decorated and fun to hang out in. 10/10 Recommend!“

Can’t understand how this place is so underrated, or even overlooked.
There is a staple menu and a revolving menu, that is rather seasonal. The waffle cones are probably some of the best I had in the area. Samples are given in stainless steel spoons, which is a pretty nice touch.
No matter what kind of flavor you are craving for, there are sure to be a unique offering that you are going to get here. The cookies and mint and some of the chocolate ice cream I’ve had here are some of the best in my book.
Parking: There are a few parking garages around the Hyde Park area, where this ice cream parlor is located.“
