“Honestly.. quite the disappointment. The staff are very friendly! But I feel like everytime I come here the nuggets are cold.. :( Doesn't matter what time I come in I almost always get cold nuggets but especially at night. Love the staff here and very clean but just needs to cook more food fresh, heck even refry it I just want a hot meal haha. Much love<3“

“I had a situation with my mobile app order and something must have gotten lost in translation but my order never populated in their system. Jordan took it upon himself to honor my order and personally make it himself. He showed great leadership and maintain professional composure. I can't say this about a lot of restaurants that I've been to recently and all I can say is we need more people like Jordan showing professionalism and problem solving skills. Thank you so much.“

“The shift manager was great yesterday. My order accidentally got sent to a different location but upon showing her the receipt she still gave me the salad I ordered. I normally go to this location at lunch during my workdays so I'm not sure how it got sent to Wesley Chapel instead“

“I would just like to recognize this location and its staff. We just moved to the area, and every time I come here the staff’s customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in the area! I had a mobile order today, and their mobile order system was down to the point where they couldn’t see what was on the order. The manager was still kind, she took my order at the window by memory, and still got the order correct. Not missing one thing. You could tell the staff respected her because they expedited my order and I was there and gone in no time. Amazing service, especially in the middle of a lunch rush and everything was perfect. As a leader, I know great leadership when I see it. The staff here is so kind and professional which tells me their leadership is excellent. This location definitely needs more praise. From the ordering, to the cashiers, to the friends making our food and to the manager.. BEST Wendy’s I ever did experience. Thank you all so much!“

“Best fast food burger, wouldn't really call it fast food it's more of a actually burger and great quality.

Vegetarian options: The salads are so good you would think they have a salad chef. I highly recommend the cob salad“

“The food was fresh and that was a plus as well as accurate. I did run into some issues with their automated window kiosk. Minor errors and extended wasted window times could have been reduced and/or avoided if a human was taking the order. Somethings a computer can't do and that's ok too. I understand everyone wants to cut labor but somethings are necessary.“

“Nice location! Service was great. Food was good and the price is always right. I would give this location 5 starts if not for the actual restaurant. It’s in need of some renovations and the bathroom was rather dirty. Can’t blame that on the employees or their efforts to produce I quality meal though. Know that it probably won’t be the staff or the food that holds YOU back from feeling like this is a 5 star location!“
