“I’ve been eating here for years and the food and service is always amazing. The manager has been at the same store for over 20 years and he always runs a tight ship with a great crew.. The salads are always fresh. The pizza is always good quality and it’s always quick and ready. They are conveniently located in a large shopping center with lots of parking and there’s always coupons and deals for pizza and sides. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.“

“As someone with food service experience this place is impressive. Everything is fresh, made to order, you can see them make it right in front of you and most importantly the kitchen is CLEAN! Thats how you really know they care. The passion fruit juice is a must when you go there, all natural! Excellent customer service! Service was also quick. Definitely do not regret making the trip so late. “This guy came to my apartment complex yesterday. I love food trucks & after a hard workout, I was hungry. The owner was super friendly & took my order and gave me the food exactly as I wanted it. I got the BBQ burger w/ out onions & I am extremely impressed. I told my wife that I’ve had a few good burgers in my life but I can’t really think of any that touches this guys bbq burger! I ordered my wife 6 wings plain with the sauces separated in cups so she could have them when she got home. She was also impressed. “When I tell your you these were so good! I was amazed . I'm Haitian and eat Akra and marinade all of the time, but these are definitely different. I wanted more but I don't need a wide back. Only thing that upset me about this restaurant is the drinks aren't priced fairly THREE DOLLARS FOR A TWELVE OUNCE CAN OF Jipina is INSANE! Our local Haitian market not to far from the restaurant sells them for a DOLLAR! THERES NO WAY! But I love my Haitian people and support Haitian business but we got to do better in certain areas of morality. This was criminal. I'm not sure if it's because it's also a bar but anyway food was good, I'll just avoid the drinks lol when I visit.“

“First time here and got food to go. The staff very friendly and helpful with the menu. I had the Chicken cheese steak. it was delicious. The Chicken was seasoned beautifully. And for $8 a sure deal. I also got an Arabic Salad the dressing was light and refreshing. The lentil soup was good. It had good flavor the lentils were more pureed than other lentil soups i have had. But still good. “Ordered delivery without realizing they dont have their own driver's any longer. They use door dash. Order was supposed to arrive at 5:15 and delivery now says eta 6. Delivery driver says they were running behind, yet JJ at Papa John's confirmed they were not and driver waited for another order which they are clearly delivering first. JJ made it right. Huge thank you to him!!! We do not support door dash drivers who lie to the customers to make a few extra dollars.“

“Ok. I am not a reviewer. Pretty much ever. I’m barely even a commenter on social media. HOWEVER. Exceptions must be made. Tonight I ordered pizza from Westshore, not because I had no dinner plan, but mostly because by the time I got finished fighting all the harpies at Homegoods and Target to finish my Mother’s Day shopping, I no longer cared. Hence, when it took me OVER 30 MINUTES to complete my on-line order due to bugs in their website, I was pretty annoyed, and recalled why I haven’t ordered from them in over a year bc their online ordering is literally a dumpster fire of issues, and I only order pizza anyway when I’m over it and refuse to cook. Nevertheless, I persevered, completed my order, and emerged victorious with a few dollars saved using online coupons and a screen shot of my order confirmation that stated a pick up time of 7:25:16 pm. Pretty specific. So my husband arrived at 7:26 pm, only to receive lukewarm (albeit tasty) pizza, and to be greeted by a sign that read: 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Obviously, upon learning this I immediately wanted to know why the three pizzas I bought were not subject to this deal, since it is not listed on their website (in fact a bogo coupon that is listed doesn’t work), and I ordered 2 14 inch pizzas and 1 18 inch pizza. Reluctantly, I called the store to ask about the promo, expecting to learn my husband had been mistaken. Nope. 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Umm. But…. I began to stutter out my explanation of why this was unfair, blah blah blah… bad website blah blah blah… took me 30 minutes to order online blah blah blah… cold pizza blah blah—and do you know what? The manager (owner) didn’t even listen to my whole story. He COMPLETELY COMPED MY ENTIRE ORDER before I could even fully explain. I didn’t even want the whole order comped— I just wanted him to honor the bogo promo not listed online. He told me it was already done and Happy Mother’s Day, so at that point all I could really do was thank him and swallow my indignation along with a slice of tasty veggie pizza. I think he said his name is Mike. I think he said that he just purchased this franchise and is still trying to turn things around. He asked me to follow his store on social media, and said he understood why I gave up on them over a year ago, even though I do like their pizza and salads. Wings are good too actually. I was a bit surprised by this entire exchange to be honest, given the fact that I spent some of my day reporting the $400 that was stolen from my checking account by identity thieves, and the rest of my day weaving my way through over privileged ladies in tropical prints who consider shopping to be a competitive blood sport. I’m not jaded. I’m just tired. So, thank you very much Mike for comping my family’s dinner when you didn’t have to, and thank you for surprising someone who is almost never surprised with your excellent customer service. I have lived in New Tampa for a long time, and it still amazes me that I can patronize the same mom and pop small businesses for years (food, coffee, nails, car wash, dry cleaners— whatever) and the owners/ managers rarely acknowledge that they A) recognize you, and B) appreciate your business. You managed to accomplish both of these feats in a less than 2 minute phone call. I look forward to ordering your pizza more often, and I am actually impressed. I think your chances of success are strong if this is the way you treat your customers. I will be back, and will be recommending Westshore Pizza New Tampa to my friends.“

“Unfortunately, they have been open since May & I never knew it until I saw a banner hanging on the bushes by the. McDonald's. Today I went in & met the sweetest girl behind the counter named Queen. Queen was so kind, took her time explaining Whatever question I had as I had never eaten from WING STOP. Before I left I was able to voice my opinion about the lack of Good Signage to, I believe the Owner, a most kind gentleman that did Listen to my valid concern. Got my Wings home & started eating!! We returned on 5/2/26 and sat at the bar. Laila was our master-of-drinks and was a breath of fresh air. I wish all of the bartenders were as efficient as she was. Never had to get her attention for a refill because she kept an eye on things. Outstanding! They have a male bartender that is extremely slow and disconnected from the customer service role. He's better suited for handing out samples at Costco. If he's on the bar, we turn around and leave. Laila runs circles around him. Thanks for a great time Laila.“
