Taco Bell in Titusville

“I haven’t stopped at Taco Bell in a few years. I decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat as a to go order. As I walked into the restaurant, I overheard the manager on duty (Josh) coaching the team. I won't go into detail because of this public post. However, he was extremely professional with his approach on the matter, and immediately after, the team inside was focused and communicated as needed. This is the leader you definitely want in your location. Everyone was wearing gloves and in uniform, and the work area looked clean. No one was standing around as if they were bored. I haven't seen a fast food restaurant work together this well is a long time. Keep up the good work, Josh. Good job to your team today as well. I told you I was going to give you a 5 star review, and here it is. Many people are thinking, "Oh, he must know him. "... nope. I give 5 stars ONLY when I see talent. “Jacob was the one at the window taking orders! He was very kind and considerate and made sure our order was spot on! There was a little wait but it happens sometimes. He assured us our order would be right up and it was all fresh and made exactly to order. Tacobells breakfast always hits the spot!“
