“Just visited their new location (by Trader's Joe); greeted by staff members as I walked in. Great atmosphere, spacious and clean; always appreciate free samples - they had quite a few - Bonus points!!!!I was craving Mango and Coconut gelato; unfortunately, it was not on the display. As I was browsing... I really didn't want anything else. As I was about to leave... Eddie started a conversation with me where I shared that I came in for Mango and Coconut gelato inquiring if they carry it at this location (I've been to all locations - Fort Myers, Estero, Naples).Eddie asked me to hold on, went in the back and brought Mango and Coconut gelato. Exceptional service. Thank you Eddie... that definitely hit the spot... served the craving... and made my day!!!“

“Great little spot to stop in and grab a delicious Gelato to take while you shop in south miami. I tried the lemon Gelato and it was perfectly creamy and tart. I particularly loved the waffle round they put with the gelato it was sweet and perfectly crunchy. My friend ordered the pistachio Gelato and she could not have been happier with her choose as well. I stepped in while visiting the south miami art festival and there were about 15 people inside ordering Gelato. They had enough people behind the counter to ensure service was speedy and friendly.“

“This was my second time at a Shake Shack. My first time was a couple of years back at another location and honestly, I was not impressed with the service or the food. Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. I thought I would give it another try this time (near UM) at another location and I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Chereka and Debbie. We placed our order and much to our surprise, it was delicious!!I had the Korean Burger and my mom had the Avocado bacon. We also had fries, lemonade, Strawberry and Chocolate shakes.But honestly, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service these two women provided. They would go from table to make sure everyone had what they needed and shared their beautiful smiles and their lovely disposition with every person they encountered. They should both be recognized for their exceptional service and that establishment is fortunate to have them there. “I loved their bobas here!!! Finally was able to make it and was really impressed by my drinks. My wife ordered the regular milk tea with the boba pearls. I had the coffee one and it was very good. I did not order mine with pearls because usually I don't like those but I tried my wife's drink and really liked the pearls! They had a nice texture and were not as chewy and sticky which made them delicious. The service was amazing! Nice kids working behind the counter too. Today we went to the Hollywood location. Very different experience. The paletas still great but the experience wasn’t good. The store looks boring, the guy was eating, and he wasn’t very kind.“

The frozen drinks were delicious and the ice cream was delicious! The guayaba cookies are always a favorite of mine. They have indoor and outdoor seating. “This location was excellent when it first open, unfortunately with time they declined. Ordering machines are broken for months , they stopped giving out utensils and the worst part is their cookies are poorly made now. It’s the worst location I’ve ever been to so now I have to drive to other locations to get a proper make cookie and service.“

“Salt & Straw has become a staple in Coconut Grove, with people I know even driving out of their way to enjoy an after dinner ice cream delight. The combination of flavors are unique and unconventional, but they just seem to work! My first time going there, I got a special lavender and cheese combination that has been my favorite flavor so far. The regular lavender and honey they have on the menu right now is not the same, it's much sweeter and wasn't as fulfilling as the the original I tried. I've also enjoyed the salty donut guava and cheese combination. My last time there, my friend had suggested we get tasters for the upcycled series. I appreciate that they save foods and produce such as overly ripened bananas from waste to use in their flavors. I'm open to trying new flavors and I really wanted to like these, but for some reason I didn't like any of the combination of flavors from the 4 I tried. I've gone to Salt & Straw several times and there's always a line, so expect to have a wait to get your ice cream, although that has a certain charm too, because you all have this shared experience waiting to get your ice cream...makes you appreciate it more. Next time I eat dinner in the Grove, I'll definitely come back here for a scoop or two!“

The cake was incredibly delicious, and my kids absolutely enjoyed it. They even personalized it with my name and generously added extra chocolate crumbs!“

I am happy because the flavor is maintained and you get to feel as if you were in your country for a moment. The people who serve you are very friendly. The yucca bread is delicious, it is 100% Ecuadorian. Coconut fat free and gluten free yogurt with mango is my favorite. Excellent tortillas!! Excellent place, not expensive, similar to most prices here. “My boyfriend stumbled upon this place while we were visiting Miami. We were craving a late night treat and we were looking for some place that would deliver on Uber eats. That's how we found sweet and sticky. The funnier part is that he didn't understand when I was making the NSFW jokes about what we were ordering. He had not dug enough into the reviews to realize that we were ordering anything of an NSFW nature until I pointed it out to him. The jokes ensued. As I mentioned we ordered through ubereats and the food was so good even with delivery. Everything was packed with care and was so delicious when we received it. I really enjoyed the Bichote Waffle more than the Chocha Waffle. I don't know something about it was just better. We got it with Nutella whipped cream and was it a leche. The other was condensed milk strawberries and Oreos. Sweet and sticky was the perfect after dinner snack. It became a joke with the friends we were in town with. I would absolutely pay the in-person location a visit next time.“

I can’t have any diary so I choose the strawberry sherbet- it tasted so fresh with bits of strawberries to enjoy. My daughter ordered chocolate yogurt- I had to try and it was very delish! Toppings galore- so many to choose from, also have bottles beverages to purchase (water, juice, etc). Inside seating is very limited so better to order and enjoy at the park across the street. I rather come to Chill-N Nitrogen than some of the other establishments. Taste is very different and far better. The ladies are very sweet, gave us a frequent reward club card. We will be back indeed especially that the summer heat is coming! Parking is a bit limited if you come at peak times.“

The store is not that big, and not at all fancy, but it is actually the perfect atmosphere they're trying to create. Coppelia is a famous ice cream place in Cuba and the Miami Coppelia sort of recreates the Cuban Ice Cream experience. Just one thing: The parking of the "strip mall" is very uncomfortable, with the tight spaces and all, but at least there's one.“

She was so kind!!! So whenever I got to the register, I learned that she paid for Our Ice-cream I was so emotional and thanked her (it had just been my birthday) and I asked to follow her on IG. You can obviously make it diabetes by filling it with sweeter stuff, but the chimney cakes by themselves are honestly enough and I recommend just trying one by itself or with vanilla ice cream if you have the chance. “Great little bar that recently opened in the Bird Road area! We love coming here after work for their Monday to Friday happy hour. They have a great selection of bites and drinks on their menu. Our go to bites are their wings, pizzas and their smash burger. Our favorite drinks are the Tres Delinquentes (Spicy Margarita) and El Muerto (Espresso Martini). Everything on the menu is great and we have never been disappointed. This place offers great drinks, bites, service and music! The vibes are just great.“
