“Stopped in for a surprise happy hour as I was walking down the strip. When the bites came out, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Those small each, and every piece was so quality and had layers to flavor. The short man behind the bar was absolutely pleasant Ant and made jokes with us and welcomed us from the moment we walked in. All service members were pleasant. Atmosphere is calming yet lively and fun.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised. The filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection, another member of our party ordered the pork chop and it was also delicious and tender. The other entrée that we had was the scallops and risotto. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the risotto was the perfect compliment. It was creamy and tasty. The service was excellent and we would definitely return.“

“Well prepared dishes that are prepared beautifully with complex flavors. Wontons are a staple on the menu and when you try them you will understand why. Delicate and savory goodness. The other two dishes we ordered were just okay (potato dumplings and cauliflower). I’m sure some of the other items were super yummy but our stomachs could only handle a light dinner (had a super late lunch). The service was very knowledgeable and polite. Please keep in mind they do not alter their menu items so those who have dietary concerns should call ahead since they change their menu often. The ambiance was just okay. It’s located inside a Citibank building on the ground floor. Lighting could be better and perhaps an upgrade on seating and tables. Totally doable but a bit dated. All in all a lovely experience.“

“My very first time at this location, and we had a great time. The atmosphere was pretty cool. The lighting was dark. I didn't care for that,but the food was very good, especially the chicken tortilla soup. Our waiter was cool, very attentive, and on point with our orders and drinks, I will definitely recommend this restaurant, and we will be going back..“

The manager then came to our table and. apologizing, offered again to have it redone. I again declined and was told there would be a significant reduction in my bill - which there was. I really felt like I was well taken of by servers trying very hard to do their best.“

And if you are feeling romantic, Just 2 blocks away you will find the Executive Airport Hotel with sexy and romantic suites!“

“I placed a pickup order for 15 wings at the West Doral location. Soraya greeted me with a warm smile and promptly provided me with my soda. When my wings were ready, she brought them to my table and made sure I was happy with the order. I would definitely recommend this BurgerFi location. “We had a few hours before our flight and had no idea where to go. We were told about the 7th floor of the Miami International Airport Hotel 7th floor. As soon as we entered the door Denise greeted us. Told us to take our time and relax. We order the pepperoni flatbread and some beer. Not bad at all but what made this trip memorable was Denise. she was kind, funny, patient, and checked on us until her swift was over. She is definitely a pure light. And made our long wait so comfortable.“

“We reserved a table for 10 for my daughters birthday. Initially they had a table set up for us in the bar area. This was an issue due to my father being deaf and the noise level although wasn't too bad was a lot for him because of his hearing aids . I asked to be moved to a quieter section and the staff was amazing . They went above and beyond to assist us and we ended up with the best waitress. She was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of . I believe her name was Marcella . Deylia the manager and the rest of the staff also made this a wonderful birthday for our family making sure all our needs were meet. “I always look at the menu before reserving. I know the fine print says subject to change, BUT it was literally 90% different. When I asked server, she says they change menu every week. For example... these are the items listed on menu on Open Table that were not there when I arrived: stuffed dates, escargot, Cesear salad, scallops, lemon tart, toffee cake, beet salad, and a host of other things. I ended up just sharing an appetizer w my husband and having a drink (espresso martini; good). That's it. I didn't eat dinner because I didn't like anything on the new menu!!!!!!“

“Chef Nico and his team have done an exceptional job with The Collab. The atmosphere is cozy with a great selection of music. Great for an intimate dinner date or girls night. Jose was very attentive and efficient.

The food was truly incredible from presentation to taste. The crispy cauliflower was packed with flavor. The grilled octopus was incredible and charred to perfection. I’d recommend the tenderloin truffle as a main dish or the beef cheek pasta. Both were full of flavor and truffle. The desserts were just as delicious. The apple tart and pavlova are definitely a must.

Overall, The Collab delivers an outstanding dining experience and service. It’s a wonderful addition to The Thesis.“

“Beautiful looking place, amazing atmosphere and great service but unfortunately I can't say the same for the food. Most of the things we ordered lacked flavor and seasoning in my opinion, I'm not sure if it was done on purpose. The avocado hummus tasted like it was plain mashed avocados, no salt, garlic, onion, lime or anything... The Tagliatelle Scoglio had the tiniest bits of seafood and was kind of okay after I added a good amount of pepper flakes. The one thing we really enjoyed was the Taquito Cubano.“

“I've had quite a few items on the menu here, and I keep asking for the recipes. The rice is always perfect, vegetables not overcooked and the meats..... my favorite is the chicken. Curried chicken or goat is tender, flavourful, with just the right hint of heat. The jerk chicken, though, takes the cake for me. Since I'm not local to the area, I get a few extra pieces, freezing them for later. Although I don't eat pork, my coworkers compliment the jerk pork. The staff is warm, welcoming, and treats customers like family.“
