But today we decided to give it another shot and we were not disappointed in the least the food was amazing and the service was great Liz was great with recommendations and quick speedy service. We didn’t eat outside but were seated within 10 minutes. If you haven’t tried before I recommend trying and if you tried in the past and weren’t happy I would recommend a second chance the menu has greatly improved. Will definitely be back.“

“Arrived at 10:05 for lunch because breakfast ended at 10:00. One server took our drink order and said our server would be taking our order shortly. 10 minutes later she took our order. Meanwhile over the next 30 minutes several customers arrived and were served drinks and meals. Our server returned a couple of times with excuses why our food wasn't ready. After waiting patiently for 1 hour we got up and left. No one approached us to ask why we were leaving. This was our first visit to Big Mamas and will not be returning.“

“While we are Snow Birding in PCB we always plan to visit several times. Their double cheese burger with all the fixins are to us the best fast food burger going, occasionally getting a BOGO coupon doesn't hurt either. I don't think you will be disappointed“

“Sadly I don't remember our servers name but she was amazing! The receipt doesn't have a name, just says Server# 2(2). The food was delicious and very good portion sizes. Did not have to wait to be seated and very quick service time for the food to come out to us. Only complaint is I wish they had a booster seat for our toddler instead of only having high chairs.“

“Great place for lunch! This chain offers some great sandwich, soup, and salad combos, and all of it is very good. The Newk's Q, Newk's chicken salad, and the French Dio were all delicious. The Lobster Bisque was excellent as well. You can combine half sandwiches, half soup, or salad.“

“Surprising spot just off 23rd. Food was really good, and is well priced. You can easily get a good breakfast and a coffee for $10. They don’t offer specialty coffee drinks, but it’s a good cup of coffee. My food arrived quickly, and was a good portion (especially for the price). I was a bit shocked to be the only patron. I’ll keep swinging by for a good breakfast.“

“I am currently student at FSU Panama City, and when I am on campus for class I always get my fill at The Sandy Spear. On campus so I do not need to leave and waste gas on an extra drive for lunch. It's at the back of the campus right by the water, so you have a beautiful view while you study and snack. The staff could not be more friendly and the food is exactly what I am looking for when I am on the go before or after class. The Buffalo Chicken Shack Fries are my current go to, but I also enjoy a good salad for a lighter meal. I have had most of the menu and I have not been disappointed. Parking: On campus, so there are plenty of spots available. I have never had trouble finding a place to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading from the school to the restaurant. Easy access for wheelchairs or someone with crutches even.“

“I currently work for Charlie and Linda Coram and I ate at Coram's way before I ever got a job w them. I was hired for the new restaurant on 15th street which only recently opened in October 2023. it has some major differences from the old store but given the chance we can prove how great we can be. the owners and staff put their heart and soul into making things great and better when not up to par. sometimes opening a new place is a lot of trial and error and figuring out the staff that fits but when things are right the food is amazing. the prices are no more than similar restaurants on most items and still cheaper than buying your own food and then having to cook it. we already have lunch specials and new dinner specials but in the next week more changes will be made and more improvements to the food, staff and anything else anyone has complained about. Linda and Charlie take their restaurant as serious as possible and they listen or read every complaint and try to fix it. so I'm asking as an employee and a customer of this great restaurant for y'all to give it one more try before saying u won't go back. remember nothing is easy on this life and especially opening a restaurant. but I truly have faith in the upcoming approvements that will make everyone happy. and please don't hesitate to let us know what we have done wrong so we can make it better. please follow for close updates“

“While attending a board meeting and on a lunch break I tried the grouper sandwich blackened. The crisp lettuce and tomato with a slice of red onion was delicious. But the aioli sauce made the tender thick fillet of awesome fish perfect. Seasoned just right and a bistro salad to start I wasn’t hungry for dinner till much later. It was fantastic! The salad with cranberry and cucumber and cherry tomatoes was amazing. The sliced toasted almonds were a nice touch. Blue cheese dressing on side of course. My server was very attentive and friendly.
