“We’ve been coming to 30A for 5 years and this was our first time trying out the Citizen. It will be a go-to from now on! The food and service was amazing. We tried the whipped feta, chargrilled oysters, and the seafood grits and it was all fantastic. My wife got a drink and she said it was really good. Serhii was our waiter and he was so attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!“

“My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. “This place was packed and ran out of most food very early in the morning. Friday 9 am. The coffee was good, but the bagel wasn’t great.

“This place was a little too fancy for me even though it was reasonably priced. Most of the drinks are alcoholic so not good for kids or for people who can’t have alcohol. The salad was good but a little small. The service was good, though. Our waitress, Aria was really nice.“

“It was our first time going, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but as we were pulling in the parking lot, a man rolled down his window and told us the food was awesome and to try the pork chops. We tried the simple starter. Bread, oil, and herbs. Simple but flavorful! Highly recommend I had the side summer salad and Krioyo pasta. The salad, no joke, was amazing. Full of color and flavor, might be the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was a generous serving, creamy and spicy with sausage and shrimp, full of flavor! My husband had the pork chops, cheese grits, and fries (I wish he got the collards instead of the fries, but it *was* his meal, so…). The cheese grits were a delicious surprise to me. So, so, so good. If we go back, I’m definitely ordering them (and the collards). The pork chops were, true to our parking lot critic’s word, awesome. I will definitely return. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful, the food delicious, and the team members were fantastic. 10 out of 10 recommend! “This place is the perfect breakfast spot. Great service that’s fast and friendly. We sat at the bar so we saw all the food coming out and EVERYTHING looked amazing. Omelettes are huge! Pancakes looked amazing! We got the typical breakfast plates and it hit the spot! Nice prices too. It’s away from all the busier areas which was nice and relaxing. Highly recommend!!!“

“So we wanted to check out AJs on a lazy Sunday afternoon, first impressions not to good with the hostess, at first we thought she was joking because she acted like we were interfering with her conversation with the staff, she wasn't joking but she did finally seat us. Emily was our waitress, we're so glad she was paying attention to us because they messed up my order which took them 35-40 minutes to serve me, my wife already had finished her meal. Hats off to Emily paying attention, she apologize more than once, kept us updated and she told the manager Tim and he made it right. We get it, there's times when the kitchen make mistakes but how the management handled it makes all the difference. Will be back again and give it another try.
