“My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. Huge thanks to the Edward’s team for making our rainy Mother’s Day feel special and memorable. If you’re in Rosemary Beach, Edward’s MUST be on your list!“

“I would absolutely recommend trying this if visiting town. I got the caramel vanilla latte and it was delicious! They sell out of tacos by 10am usually, so go early if you want food. Also lines can be long but staff is amazing and it moves so quick!“

“We had a truly lovely evening celebrating my mother’s birthday last night. We were a larger family gathering, including my two young nieces, ages three and six. The restaurant graciously accommodated us with a beautiful table by the window, offering an enchanting view of the town of Rosemary. What I appreciated most was the atmosphere—it carries an effortless elegance and sophistication that feels wonderfully refined, yet it remains genuinely welcoming and comfortable for the little ones. The background music was a beautiful touch, shifting gracefully from soft Spanish guitar to light jazz and Bossa Nova. It was kept at a perfectly gentle volume, complementing the upscale vibe without ever intruding on conversation.
The service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, engaging, and brought a lovely sense of humor to the table while kindly guiding us through the menu. Every detail of the meal was beautifully executed. The bread basket arrived perfectly fresh, complete with a mini scone that was absolutely superb. For our appetizers the burrata was delightfully creamy, and our main courses the pulpo and grouper were prepared to perfection. To finish, the key lime pie offered a lovely, delicate sweetness.

My family appreciates fine wine, and they thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional Malbec on the list. The cocktails were equally well-crafted.

To close an already marvelous evening, the kitchen kindly surprised my mother with a beautiful, understated birthday dessert that made her night feel all the more special.

“It was our first time going, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but as we were pulling in the parking lot, a man rolled down his window and told us the food was awesome and to try the pork chops. We tried the simple starter. Bread, oil, and herbs. Simple but flavorful! Highly recommend I had the side summer salad and Krioyo pasta. The salad, no joke, was amazing. Full of color and flavor, might be the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was a generous serving, creamy and spicy with sausage and shrimp, full of flavor! My husband had the pork chops, cheese grits, and fries (I wish he got the collards instead of the fries, but it *was* his meal, so…). The cheese grits were a delicious surprise to me. So, so, so good. If we go back, I’m definitely ordering them (and the collards). The pork chops were, true to our parking lot critic’s word, awesome. I will definitely return. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful, the food delicious, and the team members were fantastic. 10 out of 10 recommend! We ordered the chicken & sausage gumbo, Philly cheesesteak & the chicken jalapeño ranch wrap. “I live just down the street from this waffle house. I have been in just a few times, but after my visit this morning, I feel compelled to leave a review.

The ladies up front absolutely make this place. They are always cheerful and greet you with a smile. Nobody wants to be up before 6am and I have yet to experience the ladies behind the counter ever being anything but a ray of sunshine.

Between them and the cook, you get your food fast, it is hot and they continue to check on you. This restaurant should be the model Waffle House for the high level of service that Waffle House strives for. They should feel lucky to have these ladies behind the counter.

This place was packed from the moment it opened, we were her first night table of 12& she instantly had a bigger table of 15 and she handled both with grace and the most professionalism!
