“Absolutely amazing! 10 ⭐️!!! I’ve never had a food that has been stuck in my mind before. The Shrimp Tacos were the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’m from Matagorda Texas which is a coastal city. Needless to say I’ve had a ton of shrimp tacos in my life and these weren’t even close to being in the same sentence as the others. Above and beyond for sure. Definitely in a league of their own here in Florida. Not to mention the salad that came with it was no doubt the best salad I’ve ever had. The flavor combinations was unlike anything I’ve ever had. Not sure what the dressing was but it was absolutely to die for. These tacos and salad will be on my last meal death bed meal list. Keep up the good work. Did I mention. I’ve never written a review before and these tacos brought it out in me. Touché!!!“

“Great food and great service!! Food was better than expected and service was top notch. Callum was on top of everything and made the dining experience very enjoyable. It was also nice that it is 18+ after 3pm. Callum was very knowledgeable with the menu and specials, his recommendations were also on point. We enjoyed the bread service, it was such a neat presentation with the butter candle in the middle, we also had a crab cake and a halibut fish. All of the food tasted amazing! We definitely will back on our next trip! It is now on our list of favorite restaurants!!“

We must give a very big thank you to Chad, the manager, for making this such a wonderful and memorable experience. He went above and beyond to make our evening special and we will not forget. Parking: During a weekend day the area is busy, with few spaces in front of the shop you may circle the parking a bit or walk a little ways from your parking spot to the shop.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was cool with my 2 year old being a 2 year, I didn’t get crazy stares.“

“We stopped here during a mini get away. The entire experience was great. It is a cute rooftop dining that sits you outside with two different type of seating levels with sunshades. The server Sally was great and attentive even with her being by herself with another bartender. We shared appetizers and the food was phenomenal we literally left nothing on the plates. “A little dive hole in the wall restaurant with lots of charm and awesome friendly quirky service. Breakfast was great Cash only (we learned the hard way) Don’t be offended by them asking for you to close the 2 doors as it’s hot outside and they don’t want flies coming in with you. We were told to close the door and only have 1 Out of our group come in and then go outside and wait until they came and got us Didn’t offend or upset us like others I have seen posted Just respect their business!“

“While attending a board meeting and on a lunch break I tried the grouper sandwich blackened. The crisp lettuce and tomato with a slice of red onion was delicious. But the aioli sauce made the tender thick fillet of awesome fish perfect. Seasoned just right and a bistro salad to start I wasn’t hungry for dinner till much later. It was fantastic! “I typically find that a location's Google rating is inflated, but that's definitely not the case for Pickle's, at least from our experience. We visited on a weekday in December, few other people there, and sat at The Sandbar. Calvin, the bartender, took care and time in giving us suggestions and just chatting about life, the area, traveling, and more - he made us feel welcomed and he was genuinely interested in getting to know us. We didn't have any of their drinks, but the food was stellar -- we tried the Smash Burger and Mac Attack Burger, alongside some Sweet Heat Wings -- all at Calvin's suggestion. It was all a winner.

It took a while to be prepared, but after taking the first bite, I could tell why... They cook that grilled cheese low and slow, getting the exterior of the bread nice and crispy while leaving the inside light and fluffy. The cheese steamed up all gooey. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cheese pull.“
