“hands-down, the best taco joint in town! The ambience is cozy and inviting the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a quick solo bite. The food absolute perfection. I ordered the Nachoparty with avocado slices and it was perfect. the portions were rather big but amazing as i got lunch for the next day! the service was amazing! the owner is a funny guy who loves what he does. and his step daughter that also helps out is so sweet. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you're getting. All in all a great experience!“

“Textbook definition of a great dive bar. Don't expect anything fancy but the bar food is great compared to other bars, especially the lemon pepper wings. They have about 50+ different beers on draft and the service is always great. Plenty of TVs and cheap beer so this is my go-to spot for drinks and a game. I personally prefer it to Flanagan's since they target the same niche.Very very good pricing on drinks, decent pricing on food.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp leading to the patio behind the building. First thing you must make a reservation before going because there is limited seating and this place is always full. We didn't have a reservation and the hostess was so helpful to get us a spot at the bar. The manager saw that we felt very crowded at the bar so they were able to give us a table for two. Even though it's a little smaller inside, the restaurant is so beautiful and classy. We had the perfect date night. We started with a couple appetizers the patate frite and the Local Stracciattella. The patate frite was so perfectly crispy and creamy with the sharp flavor of the truffle. The creamy Stracciattella with the crispy bread was the best combo. For our entree we ordered the short rib bolognese with fresh pappardelle pasta. Now I don't usually order the bolognese, it's usually just basic flavors but I truly enjoyed this one thanks to the short ribs. My husband ordered a pasta with bucatini pasta that was delicious too. We were so full from this lovely meal but we had to try a dessert. We were recommended to ordered the Pistachio Semifreddo, it was very different. It was sweet and salty and the chocolate ganache was so perfect. One thing I really appreciated from this restaurant was the employees they were so attentive and after every single meal they cleaned and wiped down our table. I have never seen that before at any restaurant even the fanciest expensive places don't even do that for you. We can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. And I will recommend this place to anyone that's in Coral Gables. And if you ever need anything, ask the manager JJ.“

All of our food arrived quickly-we utilized the qr codes on the outdoor table. I expected the "ham" croqueta to outshine the chickpea one-nope! I loved the chickpea one. The cafe con "leche" was nice and smooth. I tried her cuban sandwich and it was good-not my thing, tasty, just not for me. The cilantro sauce was DELICIOUS!! We dipped the yucaitas, the sandwich, our fingers...so good. The star of the day though was the picadillo bowl. WOW!!! I opted for a bed of rice also with the cilantro sauce. Given the side options I chose sweet plantains-of course!!! Bestie and I were in vegan food heaven. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Since the chef is from Venice, he has a special talent for seafood; my favorite is his seafood risotto but he offers many other amazing options.“
