The staff here seems well-trained and courteous, but there were only two of them, and as much as they were hustling and getting orders accurate, they were having trouble keeping up. “The store manager in the location inside Walmart is a very reputable face for the place. I walked in line with about 8 people in front of me and 4 more walked up, she remained calm and steadfast worked diligently to serve everyone with a smile and that’s hard to find when it’s an over whelming environment for a busy lunch time. “Tried to redeem points for free sub.app keat saying must add at least a penny. Nowhere on app can you add a penny. Must add at least 50 cents.If it's free why do I have to add money.This is my second trip in 4 days trying to redeem points. The workers saw my frustration. They made me a sub at no charge.Call corporate and they stated that I must add 50 cents to receive free sub. I know it's not a lot.50 cents.But free is supposed to be free.The sub shop is excellent. “We walked in and they were training the workers. We didn't know they had not opened for actual customers. We were so hungry we offered to buy the samples. The Manager and workers quick gave us pre-made Subs. It was so kind ( we were on Vacation lost and hungry) we will never forget the kindness of strangers that night. We are now fans of Jersey Mike'sYou have no idea how out of sorts andl lost we were after a 20 hour drive to Florida. The Subs were excellent we had two meals. The Manager was so professional.
