“I was visiting Orlando last weekend, and just started turning corners. I pulled into the gas station in Ocoee, saw the food truck, and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. I ordered the conch fritters and cracked conch with pigeon peas and rice. The conch fritters were a bit greasy but delicious. In every bite, I was able to taste the herbs as well as the conch. The sauce was amazing. The marrying of the flavors in the conch fritters and the sauce was divine. The cracked conch was perfectly fried, and the pigeon peas and rice was tasty. The next time I'm in the greater Orlando area, I will be returning.“

The ambiance right on the water is spectacular, but the food is what truly stole the show. The Mahi Fish Tacos was absolutely phenomenal. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. Every bite was the perfect balance of texture and taste-easily some of the best fish tacos in town. Lastly, the crispy chicken fingers were flawlessly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. He had the steak and lobster and I tried the blak lentil bolognese with strawberry spinach salad. So good with Chianti and he had Cliquot champagne. We came to F&D Steakhouse for a work dinner expecting a great meal, but Jay turned it into an experience I will remember. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely funny without trying too hard, and somehow knew exactly when to check on us. We even got to learn a little about him, which made the evening feel personal instead of just another night out.

The food was outstanding (compliments to the kitchen!), but Jay was the highlight of the night. He has that rare ability to make every table feel like they’re his favorite guests. By the end of the evening, it felt less like we’d been served by a waiter and more like we’d spent dinner with an old friend who just happened to know the menu inside and out.

Jay, thanks for making our work dinner one we’ll actually remember for all the right reasons. We’ll definitely be back, and next time I’m requesting “Jay’s section” before I even look at the menu!

It's way too loud on the patio and you can't even hear the person next to you. Not recommended for weekends on the patio. Otherwise, it's nice to go during the week.“

They also have many wine specials for $10 per glass. They have an extensive speciality cocktail menu to choose from as well as the happy hour specials. I highly recommend trying the mango infused cube drink. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with kindness and impressed by the beautiful interior. Our bartender Rob was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. His female partner bartender was great too! The general manager also came out to check out on us and was very kind and gave us a tour and sent out some food items to try. We loved the steak sliders and the pork belly. The French fries were hand cut, crispy and delicious. The lobster deviled eggs were good, but could use a bit more seasoning. The steakhouse burger was huge and packed with flavor. The grilled oysters were yummy as well. They also have a private room available. They have amazing dessert. I recommend the chocolate cake and crème brûlée. Great service, great food and a great time. I recommend and will return.“

The outstanding guest experience began when my sister made the reservation... Randi was exceptional he went above and beyond to make sure we had a spot even during a very busy promotion that they had going on... He also went the extra mile to make us feel extra special with the special cocktails... Our Server Andrew continued with the special service by welcoming us in and his suggestions for dinner were so delicious 😋... Andrew even added some extra touches with special sauce suggestions to add to our dining experience... Max was also extra attentive by taking our picture by the cutest spot under the tree and checking to ensure we had enough bread and tasty butters on hand... “We have been customers of Carrabba’s for over 25 years, but unfortunately, the lasagna at the Sanford location has changed. Our recent order arrived with almost no pasta, mostly cheese and sauce. The manager kindly replaced it and offered a discount, which we appreciated, but the second lasagna still only had one layer of pasta. This is not about compensation — it’s about consistency and quality. We hope Carrabba’s brings back the lasagna quality we have enjoyed for many years.“

From the time we sat, Morgan our server was excellent. Cheerful, attentive, and very polite, she treated us like we were royalty. Our appetizer was fried zucchini, very good. The rice soup and salad was perfect. When Morgan brought the entrees of lamb chops & pastitsio - we knew we had to order some for the next two days at home! Everything was fantastic. And we didn't have to go to Tarpon Springs! Instead we found our Greek home food, right here in Longwood. Be sure to ask for Morgan! And hats off to the chef!“

“Our favorite steakhouse for years. Our go to for family celebrations and anniversary. Our server, Terry (if I heard correctly), was kind, professional and provided amazing service. The two younger staff assisting Terry were both friendly and quick to refill drinks, bring fresh bread, and clear our table. This is the best steakhouse in Orlando for many reasons. It is high end but welcoming and kind. Leftovers are plentiful. Dessert is a must (the orange cake!). We will continue to recommend this restaurant for years. Thank you for always giving our family the best experience.“

“Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don't even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I've had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically... odd. I'm very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It's hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!“
