She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

“Foxtail Coffee was great! I got the cold brew vanilla, and it was amazing. I didn’t try any food this time, but I’d definitely come back for the coffee. The atmosphere is really cute, with plants on the wall, and everything was easy to read. The barista was super helpful and even gave recommendations. It wasn’t busy on a Tuesday morning, and there’s plenty of seating. Just a heads-up—parking can be a bit tricky, but there’s a free lot a block away, so it’s not too bad. Overall, a great spot!“

We look forward each week to their delicious and gluten free baked goods. It’s hard to find actually good tasting gluten-free items and theirs isn’t just good, they’re great! I think the thank the eggs Benedict with the potatoes was absolutely delicious it was definitely enough for 2 people. The problem with this whole area is people don't want to pay for quality food. I have noticed they would pay 60000 for a new kitchen but have fast food for lunch. Why do you think we don't have a Whole Foods here or a trader Joe's. “My wife and I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts location on Saturday, Sept 27th at 11 am as we were heading out of town to West Palm Beach for the day. The manager on duty at that time greeted us with a smile as soon as we stepped in the door. She was in the middle of several others being served but wanted to make sure we were acknowledged. She took care of two other customers in front of us, helping them through their order quickly and efficiently, and her demeanour and personality were both at a high level. The atmosphere stayed joyful the whole time we were there. She was organising the other staff and ensured that people were being taken care of in order and in a timely manner. Our order came out as requested, everything was warmed up to perfection, and the cold brew was as I wished. The dining area was very clean as well, with a choice of seats for us. I will go out of my way to go there more often when I am nearby. It is a special place that i appreciate wholeheartedly. :)“
