With less than a month to plan and execute this event and with only 2 weeks given to them they problem solved for a lot of disconnected parts of our catering experience on the fly, some of which weren’t even their teams responsibility. If you aren’t working with Tim Edward’s and you’re throwing a massive party on the island you’re missing out. Also huge shout out for the filet crostini, still dreaming about it two weeks later 🤤🥰“
