“Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“
“Great find! Restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch; close at 3pm. Every item we ordered was delicious…eggs Benedict, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, flatbread and pancakes. Recommend it all! Service was exceptional and atmosphere is up to date farmhouse style with a clean country relaxing feel. #“
“I have been looking for great croissants, and Amy's does not disappoint. A little off the beaten path, but very cozy: breakfast and lunch only, but indoors and outdoors. Excellent croissants. I've been back a couple of times and will go back again. En prime, je peux m'entraîner à parler français !“
“Crackd is arguably the best brunch spot in south Florida. Their service is amazing and the staff seem to actually like working there. The food portions are appropriate for the price. The atmosphere is lively and fun. They are big dog lovers, just check out this pup cup I got for free. Thank you to all the staff, my boy Luca appreciated it!“
“Super friendly family style latin fusion diner. Been here for a quick bite with a few friends. Empanadas are full of flavor and full of filling, breakfast and lunch deals are the best i have seen in a long time. The lady working here seems to be an owner: so friendly and passionate about the business:) loved it here!“
“Amazing staff and food! The staff were really attentive and accommodating for our big party. Offered to help us find seating even though it was first come first serve.Salmon Avocado Toast was great, better than most. Breakfast sandwich was also amazing.Definitely a must visit if traveling to Las Olas!“
“"Attention vegans: Look no further! This spot offers not just vegan options, but an entire vegan breakfast that left me impressed. Hard to say what was better—the delicious food or the fantastic service from the owner. An amazing place that I highly recommend!“
“Probably our favorite breakfast spot in Fort Lauderdale. We hail from "diner country" in the northeast. Joe's was recommended by a friend. We were a little skeptical of a diner in a shopping center, but Joe's delivers a very good breakfast at a fair price. It's become our non-diner diner.“
“We stopped in from out of town. I can't recommend this place enough. Food was fantastic and the prices are hometown dinner setting. If you choose to take a chance to come here you will not be disappointed at all. The staff is as amazing as the food. We'll def be back. Thank you Lighthouse for a great meal and treating us like family.“
“I'm celiac, this place was great! By scanning a QR code you can access an entire allergen list for every single menu item. Waiter was knowledgeable about preparation practices in the kitchen and informed me of the allergen procedures in the kitchen. Great for vegan and gluten free! Thanks so much!“
“Love this place. The service is excellent. It has that old style western atmosphere inside. Have great breakfasts and lunches. Food is great and the employees aim to please. I always get the same breakfast and they know right away. They make my home fires deep fried smothered in sausage and gravy. If you never had that you have no idea what your missing. This place is 100% the best.“
“They were quite busy when we arrived but we were able to be seated quickly. The bailey's drink we ordered was mediocre and a little pricy to add the liquor. The food was scrumptious even though we ordered a corned beef Benedict and got a corned beef bowl instead. Staff was attentive and the jam was tasty ?“
“The restaurant and café offers a delightful culinary experience with its flavorful soups, varied food and cozy ambiance. The diverse menu caters to various dietary preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I didn't give a 5 start because they forgot the soup I ordered and had to go to the cashier to let them know I was waiting for my soupbut it was worth it the wait because it was delicious. I'll go again.“
“If you don't have much time, don't hesitate to use the option of ordering over the phone (Text Messages). Excellent! A few days ago I decided to try this option and everything was fine. On time, they responded quickly to the message, the perfect order, and the waiting time upon arrival was minimal or not at all. Thank you so much! 100% Recommended.??“
“Tasty coffee and good prices. The food was pretty good, not amazing, but pretty good - we had the crepes. The service was very friendly and attentive. It has a cute patio on the side to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: The patio is on the ground floor, with movable chairs.“
“So good have a Cuban place close to home thanks the coffee so great recommendation I believe enhancing the restaurant's decor could create a more inviting and pleasant dining atmosphere. Investing in some decorative details could make a significant difference in the overall dining experience and attract more customers."“
“Plantation Dinner offers a delightful dining experience, though be prepared for a wait due to its popularity. I had the pleasure of trying their chicken omelet, which was delicious and generously filled with chicken, onions, and egg, accompanied by oatmeal and a biscuit. My friend opted for the loaded oatmeal, a customizable dish with a choice of four toppings: raisins, blueberries, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. However, we found that the chocolate chips didn't complement the oatmeal well. On the whole, the prices are reasonable, the food is enjoyable, and it's worth noting that they use real eggs rather than powdered ones.“
“This place is a hidden gem. It’s a small family run shop that always delivers in terms of quality and service! It’s a bit pricey but very much worth it, as you’ll find empanadas here with flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. They’re all made in-house and fresh everyday. And the worst part is that they sell out pretty fast!Their breakfast and croissants are also great and well as their coffees and lattes. Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve left this place feeling fully satisfied. Now I just need to start getting through their dessert menu, but it might take some time as I prefer to go here for breakfast or brunch (It’s a perfect brunch spot!).“
“Food was amazing. I got biscuits and gravy with eggs and a side of grits. The juice I got was absolutely phenomenal. Not the green one but the one with orange juice morning meditation . I ordered another Togo. Service was amazing considering how busy they were. Oh we also had the million dollar bacon. I thought it was a little sweet but my spouse loved it.“
“Stopped in for breakfast with my son. Had the special of the day eggs over hashbrowns in a skillet with chorizo. Delicious and deceptively filling. My son had the 2 for 2 which had two pancakes, two eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon. Also very good. A lot of food. Coffee was also great.“
“I come here 1-2x per month as a change of scenery for work. John and his staff are always amazing!! They are professional and their exemplary customer service shines through every single time. Great service + Clean restaurant + Fresh food=satisfied repeat customer!“
“I like First Watch; however, for a “healthier options” restaurant, they lack vegan options. Yes, some meals can be altered, but you’re still paying full price for less food.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, but many have cheese“
“Tammy was amazing. Managing hosting and server responsibilities perfectly. Tammy placed my order early to match the rest of our party’s food. We’ve been here many times always with good experiences but this time the smile that greeted us took care of us.“
“Second time eating from this First Watch this week lol. I loved the holey donuts during my last visit, so I got them again today. I was hoping they'd still be hot because I live ~7mins away from the location, but they sadly weren't. Even still, they were pretty good especially with the fruity sauce (raspberry?). I'd never tried the superfoods bowl before, so decided to true it and this chia was really good! I didn't realize the bread was whole grain (I would've preferred plain), so I didn't try it. Really good and filling meal“
“Want good service and good food? Get here early. After 10 the wait times get a little crazy on the weekends. The bagels are always fresh and the muffins so good. Waiters are nice but there’s always new faces, we sometimes come in for a quick bite or just to pick up muffins if it’s busy.“
“Seriously. The best breakfast spot! I love the old timey "breakfast and lunch only" diner type place that closes at 2pm. Cooked to order right in front of me (I sat at the bar) and every bit of that breakfast was excellent . I cleaned my plate.“
“Way better than the other franchise breakfast places. Really recommend it. The employees make you feel real welcomed and like you're regular even if its your first time there. It was my family's first visit amd we felt like we've been going there for years. All the employees were courteous and kept checking to see if we were OK and if our drinks were filled. The food was amazing.“
“Service was slow but intentionally graceful. I think the food was very good, the price was reasons for the amoutn of food provided. I went with 3 kids and they were comfortable and at times interested in the art inside.I think you should go enjoy a nice breakfast here with a friend!“
“First watch is one of my favorite breakfast spots, great atmosphere and the many breakfast options make this place top tier. the salmon frittata is my go to and it hits every time. The staff is always super nice. Also that new pomegranate pear drink is sooooo good, the farmers market hash is also pretty delicious.“
“Omg we were rushing to get there by 4 and got there after they closed but they were kind enough to open and sellus their last tiramisu cake which is what we wantedThey saved the nightThank you we will be back for sureThat’s A + customer serviceXenia & Bob“
“Pancakes were great! And my Irish omelette was also pretty good.I like the old school diner type feel. You can tell the restaurant hasn’t been renovated in a long time but it gives a nostalgic feel.Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage can be swapped in most cases“
“Amazing little cafe! We were visiting FLL and this place was within walking distance from our hotel. My husband had the ham & cheese omelet. He said it was one of the best he's ever had. The grits were real grits - not instant. Our waitress was delightful! So sweet & so friendly! Do yourself a favor - stop here!!“
“This is an old time diners with happy rude workers always arguing over who’s turn it is to do the dishes No matter which Waffle House we venture to we get the same quality food we love and miss since we do not live near current locations“
“I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was also great - it was the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“
“We seem to have this as our go to place for Breakfast every Saturday. The service is always amazing. The food is always well done and done as ordered. As for decor and ambience the big screen TV's always playing movies or Cooking videos (love it) . Plenty of parking there too. My usual breakfast is usually 2 eggs , whole wheat toast and grits. The eggs always come out perfectly medium with JUST enough yolk for dipping the toast. My wife loved her french toast too, My daughter had the LEO omelete and her potatoes were delicious.. My only complaint is I wish they had Cholula hot sauce.“
“Nice little place, but you'll have to work to find it. Behind the canal paralleling Broward, next to the bank. Food is consistent. Service is prompt. They're willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. Carlos is a great manager. Ask Ariana about her boyfriend who won't put a ring ? on it. ?“
“What an amazing experience I had!!!! I came in with 93 sugar I thought I was passing out the attendant saw it and right away brought me an orange juice and my sugar stabilized. My food was served very quickly and food was great!! Have she’s not responded quickly I would have pass out. Mind you she was so busy training another person and restaurant was pretty busy. I did spoke to the manager I can only hope she get the recognition she deserve!!! Thank u for your quick action.“
“I was the first one in the morning and how can you be so friendly so early :-). I was surprised at how uncomplicated everything was here, and at the end we and I ate together. I'd love to come back. You can go there with confidence and the atmosphere is also very cozy.“
“I loved the place, super clean, very good attention, the server recommends the dishes and the food is super delicious. The only thing is that the dishes must include coffee as in other places, but the prices are still super super good and the taste of the food it is delicious“
“This is a very late post, but Chef Pats catered my daughter's 40th birthday party brunch in Dec 2023, and ALL THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ? He and his staff was very nice and professional. I will definitely be using his services again! THANK YOU, CHEF PATS, YOU'RE AWESOME! ☺️“
“The waitress was exceptionally kind! Had a very pleasant experience. My daughter ordered the cheesecake waffle while my son ordered pancakes. The only thing I wish is that they would bring back the different flavor syrups they used to have. I notice they have a few new things to the menu, and it looks great, so I may be trying them out again sometime soon. I was really impressed with our waitress. She was very kind and reasonably attentive.“
“Been getting bagels from here for a very long time, and they have always been one of my favorites in Florida, came here to dine in Sunday morning for the first time and I was not disappointed. The service and food was awesome as expected. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.“
“I've visited several IHOPs in the area, landing on a solid 4-star experience. They're consistent with what IHOP is known for: reliable breakfast favorites like fluffy pancakes and hearty omelets. While the food is comforting and tasty, it lacks innovation. Service and ambiance vary by location, with some spots excelling and others needing improvement. Overall, IHOP is a dependable choice for classic diner dishes, offering a cozy, if somewhat predictable, dining experience.“
“I've always loved Waffle House! It works well for a really rapid breakfast. This isn't the place to go if you're expecting something upscale. This greasy spoon is a staple of roadside American cuisine. This place has come a long way! Pretty clean and the service was pretty pleasant. During busy times, parking can be extremely difficult, although it appears that there is overflow parking by the hotel next door.An institution in the South is Waffle House. It is the sticky sweet, syrupy, buttery foundation of the United States. You're incorrect if you don't enjoy Waffle House.“
“My wife is French and she has a very hard time finding the things she loves to eat in America but she said let’s try this place and I’m so glad she did the service was amazing the food was better I had French toast and I was blown away by the taste it was the best French toast I’ve ever had in my life if you don’t stop here your definitely missing a true hidden gem it looks scary at first like you made a wrong turn but then you see all the different places and their beautiful and so different then your normal food choices this is special and I plan to return as much as possible and bring you dog they have a pet menu to if their was an option for ten stars Id gladly say it is worth every star they have gotten“
