“Mima's Cuban Cafe is truly one of the hidden gems in Coral Springs. The food is authentic, fresh, and tastes just like a home-cooked meal. From the Cuban coffee to the sandwiches and traditional dishes, everything is prepared with great attention to detail and incredible flavor.
The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. If you're looking for genuine Cuban cuisine, this is definitely the place to visit. Their Cuban coffee is, without a doubt, the best in town!

“Honestly BEST TACOS HANDS DOWN!! The Birria tacos didn’t last 10 minutes in my house!!!! It was honestly TOO GOOD. If you haven’t already… GET YOU SOME. The chicken tacos are great too. “Beef and chicken empanadas were fried and were very tasty. The media noche sandwich was good but had very little meat - just one thin slice of pork and ham each. Cafe con Leche was hot but I would have liked less milk and sugar as it tasted weak and very sweet. Overall the pleasant little Cafe atmosphere with nice staff made the visit enjoyable“

“Got the “Famous Cubano” and was excited to try this one in the side of a gas station. Since my last experience in FL at an expensive restaurant yielded the worst Cubano I’ve ever had, I figured this would be a good place to try next.
From the pictures it looked awesome and from the experience, it’s was equal! The bread was on point, buttered, crispy and chewy, the roast pork was juicy and tender. The ham was also good and there was a perfect amount of pickles and mustard with melty Swiss! All of the textures and flavors were balanced which was exactly what you want in a good Cubano! And you could taste the individual components as well! Fantastic sandwich!!“

“This place is amazing . The tacos are awesome . Fajitas are my favorite personally. Ericka is amazing as well, I work from home and she was generous enough to deliver the order to my house multiple times. Highly recommend to try the food. You will not regret it!!

“This is a gem! There's nothing formulaic - unlike other Spanish-inspired/tapas eateries in the region. We finished our meal 20 minutes ago and we're still smiling from the flavors - unexpected, with depth, and subtly. The vibe is rustic and you get to focus on your company and the food. I'm going to be craving the garbanzo + chorizo, the camarones + tostones, and we had the grilled octopus special and the vegetables (the zucchini!) will be remembered for a long time (the char on the octopus was perfect, also). I'm genuinely happy we finally ventured inside. Oh, and get the bread!!!“
