“Totally recommended Last year I got the opportunity to get the best relax experience Hyatt was a beautiful place with different areas for kids and adults very convenient there are 3 difference ambients restaurants . Rooms very comfortable all wonderful the personal top 10 . 2 weeks totally what I aspect for a confortable hotel . The Gym is full equipment very good I’ll go again in August!!! “The Tune-In Lounge is a great spot to stop in for beer, wine, or a well-made cocktail. It is adjacent to the Prime Time Cafe and shares the same theming. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. There are no seats at the bar, but you can stand at the bar if there is room. Most people take their drinks to go, but others may sit in the retro living room area while they enjoy their beverage of choice. Be sure to check out the details in the decor while you are there.“

“Here traditionally for Cinco De Mayo almost every year. Beth was amazing, and encouraged me to have my party of 6 to only go get for drinks. She knew her stuff with additive free tequila, and made great drinks along the way. Thanks for the swag Beth!“
“Recently returned from a 5 night stay and it was great. We stayed in Ranchos and had an adjoining room with another family that we were traveling with. Yes, the grounds are huge and we did get a little confused finding our room in the dark that first night, but once we found it, we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had a ton of storage space. I appreciated all the outlets in the room as well. There are 4 (I think) bus stops around the property and we were very close to one of them. The transportation to the parks could not have been any easier! We ate at El Mercado several times and at Rix once and thought the food was pretty good. The Dig Site pool was awesome and we also enjoyed the Ranchos pool right across from our building. All of the grounds were beautiful, I only wish we'd gotten the chance to explore and enjoy them a bit more!“
