“Melanie at the drive thru was incredible! She had to deal with an incredibly abusive customer ahead of me and did it with such politeness. I was floored. The person was so rude, loud, and demanding, and Melanie kept her head.
The interaction was so shocking I felt the need to apologize on her behalf. Why do people feel like it’s okay to treat others this way?

“The staff is always friendly and the food&drinks are well made. It’s a very well run location.
I’ve been to Starbucks that you can tell the employees are not happy and I think a lot has to do with management. This is a good atmosphere and location with great baristas.“
