“Melanie at the drive thru was incredible! She had to deal with an incredibly abusive customer ahead of me and did it with such politeness. I was floored. The person was so rude, loud, and demanding, and Melanie kept her head.
The interaction was so shocking I felt the need to apologize on her behalf. Why do people feel like it’s okay to treat others this way?

“The store is very busy and orders usually take a while to come out (especially if you go around 8am/9am). The place is cozy, clean, and has a nice atmosphere with places to sit inside and outside the restaurant. The Drive-thru service is always busy too, but the staff is attentive and kind.“
