“When you bring 7 teenagers on a quick getaway out of town, who has time to cook? Gertrude's Kitchen prepared a Great Memorial Day spread with BBq ribs, chicken, burgers and Mac and Cheese.The food was AMAZING! Everything was neatly packed and delivered. They were so thoughtful to include packets of condiments and an assortment of sauces that weren't even needed. I appreciate their service, professionalism (The Food was AMAZING) and will be using them again. “Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“This was the BEST local Indian food without a doubt. Ordered delivery through their own app on Thursday only for it to be eventually cancelled an hour later after drivers went to pick it up unsuccessfully. Now Google shows the establishment as being temporarily closed. Did you guys close? We’re still waiting to be refunded for the order, but the phone and email addresses associated with the business are not working :(“

“Came in for a business meeting lunch. I asked for somewhere a little more secluded & quiet. Jennifer set us up in the perfect spot. She turned out to be the server as well. She recommended some potato pancakes as a snack while we waited for our food & we were not disappointed. Our food came before we could even finish the appetizer. Everything was great & we will definitely be back.“
