“We are from the Philly area. We were so glad to see a Philly Cheesesteak place open. We’ve been many times now and the food is always great! We love the cheesesteaks, the chicken cheesesteaks, the chicken parm sandwiches and the fries! I really like that they ship in Amoroso rolls from Philly on a daily basis because the roll can make or break a sandwich. If you want an authentic cheesesteak, stop in!!“

“? Cheese makes everything betterWe were craving a good hot sandwich & decided to check out Lee's Famous Cheesesteaks. When the GPS confirmed our arrival, we were a little taken back because of its location: it's inside of a Chevron gas station. But we're glad we stuck to our plans and went inside.We ordered the Original and the Lobster Cheesesteak. The owner was there, and he personally cooked our meal, and since they have an open kitchen, we got to see him making them. We really liked that he kept finely chopping the onions and peppers, as we've found that other places leave the vegetables a little too chunky, making the sandwich a little slimy. The lobster one was really interesting. It was like having surf and turf in a roll, and he put a delicious homemade garlic aioli on it that brought it all together... yum. Both cheesesteaks were placed in a roll that was shipped straight from Lee's favorite bakery in Philly, and they held the juicy inserts really well. Their seasoned fries were a perfect accompaniment.We also tried a batch of their sticky wings. The wings were cooked perfectly: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Lee created this sauce at home one day when he was entertaining and ran out of bottled sauce, and they were a hit. His recipe sticks to the wings, and the flavors are amazing. ?All in all, it's noticeable that Lee put his heart and soul into this business. "I'm not here to be rich. I'm just here to make people smile," he repeated, several times, while we were there. It felt good to support a local business owner with so much passion for what he does. ? Lee keeps his menu simple in order to produce the best product, and he stands by 100% satisfaction, so you have nothing to lose by giving them a try.
