Yes, the service was slow — but once the food arrived, I forgave everything. The chicken pizza was flavorful and perfectly baked, with a crust that hit that ideal crispy-chewy balance.

But the real star? The Nutella and dulce de leche dessert pizza. Rich, gooey, and downright addictive.

“I adore Fresh Kitchen - the best restaurant I've found in the area to eat a gluten/dairy/meat free dinner that is also low in salt! That's because two of the managers know my restrictions and automatically put together a delicious bowl that I can safely eat (rice, chickpeas, kale, red pepper, almond slices, etc) - and it's delicious! Yesterday, I took my bowl home, added fresh sliced peaches and avocado, enough then to split into two meals. It was awesome.“

“I ate there for the first time and my I add I spent 23.00 which I wasn't complaining about but I ordered the pulled chicken quesadillas, to start I have no idea what cheese it was made with but the cheese did not blend or mix well when melting the tortilla shell and I guess to avoid the burning issue they took it out but it looked like fake cheese with a little bit of chicken here and there. no sour cream no salsa. OK. then I ordered the maccaroni and cheese... that looked luke kraft Mac and cheese out the box and seemed to havr been made with a powder product cheese and not real cheese either. then I also added corn bread which I didn't see it was jalapeño cornbread. I was immediately taken aback by peppers in the cornbread. I guess that is a south thing. not too bad just not my cup of tea. and lastly the baked beans they were ok not bad but for the entire meal I had to put it in the garbage I couldn't eat that at all. I wouldn't recommend and I will not be going back either. the picture is me trying to eat the quesadilla without the nasty looking cheese on it and even that didn't save it.“

“First of all, the Herald is delicious!! Wifey and I ate there Sunday, 8/25/24. Crust was perfect and they were so generous with the cheeses. The fresh basil and honey siracha, we’re the “icing on the pie.” Also, recommend the Chronicle, as a 2nd runner up, as we, also, order from here. Some of the Brazilian pizzas are very good, also. But what really makes Scoops special are the owners. They’re the kindest, most genuine people, and they make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. “Great atmosphere on a Friday night, but for me the food fell a little short. I’m from Buffalo and my uncle, who is also a Winter Garden resident told me before I went that the Beef was “ok”, and he was right. If it was a stand alone sandwich that I had at any other place, I’d say it’s a good bite, but something is off here. The roll, the beef, the mouthfeel, is just like 10% off from my usual Barbill in East Aurora. I also ordered the wings, 10 piece, and I felt the same way. My wife had the pizza and it was fine, I’m not judging it because it was billed as Buffalo pizza, but if it was, I’d give it the same “ok”.

The beer was great, both Gameday and the IPA. Service is great, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was lively. I bet this place goes off on Sundays.

“Wow! This was the best customer service my boyfriend and I have experienced in a long time. We came in about 15 minutes before close, and were expecting the experience to be lackluster due to our timing. Boy were we wrong! Every employee there greeted us with a smile and everyone was so attentive. It was my boyfriend's first time so he had some questions and requests and the employee helping us answered everything and didn't give us any grief. There was not a single complaint or side eye in the building, our food came out perfectly, and the place was very clean as well.

Overall, made our night, and we definitely recommend this location!“
