“I want to start off by saying that the experience I had was amazing with this restaurant. My food was walked out to my car and the chef/owner was very pleasant. Ordering on the phone was hassle free and easy. It took about 20-30 minutes, which isn't bad for the type of place.However, I did have a problem with the food, but it is mostly personal preference.I've had other Indian food across the country, and they all claim to be "authentic" but I don't know how realistic that is here in the states. That being said, all of the places i've been to have different consistencies, flavor, etc. to their food. No two places are the same. With that in mind, I found that the butter chicken I ordered was just too watery for me. I prefer a thicker and more flavorful sauce (I also didn't say my spice level, so that's my fault. However, the sauce was a little flavorful/spicy). The rice was great. The garlic naan was great. And I even got these little chips (i'm sorry I don't know what they're called) and they were a pleasant surprise to the meal.My overall ranking is a 4 because I don't think the restaurant is bad, and is only 1 of 2 in the local area. But in my personal opinion the food wasn't how I prefer it, which isn't a bad thing. It's just a personal preference. I will be ordering from this restaurant again, and perhaps I'll ask if they can make the sauce thicker and also give my spice level. Nonetheless, I had an enjoyable lunch and happy that I was able to support a small business.“

“Tantrums food truck was at Front Page Brewery in Bartow and we weren’t going to get anything we brought pizza but I kept smelling the food so we got the shrimp and grits. Best decision of my life! I love shrimp and grits but this is a different take on it. It was absolutely delicious! Like how did this come off a food truck! The crispy grits cakes the bacon peppers and onions the shrimp cooked perfectly! Can’t wait for them to come back!“

“This was a wonderful experience. 🤩 The food was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. 👌🏾 My husband is Haitian 🇭🇹 so he's very picky where he eats. Most places he rates them as low budget. However, thus was our first time at island cravings but it will not be the last! We truly enjoyed our meal. 😋 Sorry we didn't get better pictures but we were in the car. The owners I'm assuming are the ones who answered the phone and took my husbands order in creole, then prepared it for him. I love the down home spirit they have. 🤜🏾 This is a food truck business, but they are serving some amazing tasting food with such quality service. 🙌🏾 I can't wait to return. I'm even thinking of using them to cater my husband's birthday party. 🤔 If you haven't tried them, go for it........ you shouldn't be disappointed‼️“

The event coordinator Dominique, quickly and patiently responded to every email or call, and guided me in choosing the perfect brunch menu that everyone loved. The guest thought the space was beautiful and commented on how warm and inviting the staff treated them. As the mother of the groom, my goal was to help the bride feel her vision for her dream wedding was complete. Our brunch was on a weekday so the price was lower than a weekend and fair.
