“We have alot of McDonald's in my county, and even worked at one before. But at this location is by far my favorite. The staff is always friendly even if you catch them around they business time you still get greeted with a smile. Service is fast and good ? , so far no complaints from me and I will continue to come back. Thank you guys for all your hard work ?“
“This location is decent, the employees are great and work very hard, however the 2nd shift manager is a very rude lady, who screams and yells at her employees like they don't mean anything to her. This manager is the type of person who causes good employees to walk away from their job, PLEASE REPLACE THIS MANAGER. The hard working employees deserve a respectful manager that LEADS her employees, not yells at them like they are trash.“
“This is the only McDonald's that I will eat at in the Lakeland Winter Haven Bartow area. The food is always hot and fresh, better tasting and texture.Whatever they're doing, every McDonald's ought to be doing the same thing. cheerful people, and hot and fresh decent tasting McDonald's food ( which I think is getting to be a rarity). no order mistakes in probably 100 visits, which is light years ahead of any other area McDonald's. ( the one that gets them all the time is telling them to leave the cheese off the burger. athey will slap that yucky cheese on my Hamburger because they're used to doing it every timeI am blessed to be able to depend on this kind of food from McDonald's. and I will drive 14 miles each way to have some!Keep doing what you're doing please!The rest of you McDonald's impersonators, the competition challenges you!“
“Didn't want to help pushed you to so the kiosk , i told them i don't like going thru it. They said to bad. I stay at counter for about 15 min holding my order and payment. Lady came up and said I will take your order this time but you will have to do kiosk. I said mami come up here 1 to 3 times a day and 3 to 5 times a week. I don't use it, lady stated at the end of the conversation she text the mgr and theu told her take my order. In the end and 25 min later it was a 90 sec order if that. They wasted more time and headache for in the long run.“
