A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“I was having trouble finding someone to cater my casual wedding reception at Rockpit brewery. After experiencing Cuisiniers at a charity event a few weeks prior I reached out to them. Within a day they confirmed they could help me out and whipped up a menu in my budget. The food was amazing — people commented a lot on the salad and the little chicken salad biscuits. Staff was very good and friendly. Great communication. Would 100% hire them again!“

Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“AWESOME experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye! These ladies are knowledgable, organized, and professional. The decor was lovely, space clean, and reasonably priced. The food was DELICIOUS! Buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ pork sliders w/coleslaw, mac n cheese, string beans with turkey, and a garden salad. When the guests go back for whole plates of mac n cheese, you know it is better than good. The parking is tricky but we managed. The only thing I would recommend is adding dinner rolls as part of the menu. This arrangement was done over the phone, sight unseen but Dominque's warmth and professionalism made me take the chance. It was well worth it! Her staff is friendly and accommodating, just like her. Thank you for helping to make our event memorable.“

When they catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner I didn’t get to see their day of organization. But for our party I watched their implementation in action and it was flawless. They are a well-oiled, unified machine. Sarah was a delight to work with throughout the entire planning process. She repeatedly went above and beyond to help me with the details of our event. She was extremely organized and responsive. I trusted her completely. But the day of our party, she somehow transferred all of those little details into every member of her team. They each knew exactly what to do and understood my vision perfectly, while at the same time they were humble, attentive, and helpful. Any time I spoke to one of the crew members, the others would all lean in eagerly and listen cheerfully to any directions I had. They were quick to respond and very detail oriented. I wanted the fried ribs this was on a friday night just arriving in florida. The mac n chz, and bites i had was absolutely delicious wasn't really a fan of the collard greens. Overall the service was a 9.5/10 for me and the food was 9/10 highly recommend stop by if you're in Orlando. I am coming back for my fried ribs..“
