I love this Cafe! The food is always amazing and the staff are always so friendly. And the management seems to really care about the customer's experience. We also get catering orders a good bit at work and the food is always perfect, the delivery staff are very pleasant and the communication excellent. So thankful we have them here in Albany!
Love their Rustic Potato & Autumn Butternut Squash soups, Asiago twists and Salads.

Panera Bread is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and delicious offerings. Customers have praised the convenience of the Sip Club membership and the helpful staff, who are attentive to dietary needs. The Family Feast and other menu items are consistently well-received, making Panera Bread a go-to choice for many. However, some recent experiences highlight areas for improvement. Customers have noted that the windows were very dirty, which affects the overall look of the place while eating. There have also been comments about the front counter lacking staff, requiring customers to find someone from the kitchen to assist with orders. Additionally, the selection of baked goods was limited, with only 12 bagels left, and a noticeable reduction in size of some items. Some customers feel that asking for a tip at the counter is rude since they have to perform tasks like getting food from the pass themselves. Despite these issues, the food remains great, and the helpful staff, including a friendly employee from the kitchen, are appreciated.
