So I spent a couple of days in the godforsaken hellhole that is Albany, Georgia. And on the first day I went to lunch at OTCB. This place has a lot to offer for a small price. For about $6.40 you get a lot of choices if you like Old South style meat and three type fare. Yeah, I agree with the other guys, don't come here if you want to eat healthy. That said, their buffet is very good. They have tons of options that change all the time, as they use fresh, local ingredients. Think I had fried liver for the first time here, and it was alright, but I enjoyed their other stuff more. I have to be honest, I grew up in Albany before moving on to several other cities/states (FL, CA, UT, NV) and there just isn't much to set the standard for really great restaurants. That said, for the price and given clientele (myself included), this is a good place to go for comfort at comfortable prices. It ain't no salad bar, healthy living kind of place.
