“The leasing staff is very helpful with helping getting issues resolved. The maintenance team is prompt at completing work orders. Also love how quiet it is over here. Love reading a book by the pool when it’s pool season.“

“I wish I had a pic of the mussels but we dug in before I had a chance. Perfectly cooked in a delicious sauce with just enough kick. My husband declared the duck the “best I’ve ever had”. My mushroom pasta was al dente with a cream sauce that was rich but not too heavy. Our son’s tagliatelle was delicious. Ending the meal with homemade tiramisu cutely adorned with the name of the restaurant. Pics do not do it justice because they have a romantic dimly lit vibe. Highly recommend reservations. When I called to adjust mine due to flight delay they were kindly accommodating. Nice outdoor patio and bar.“

“Absolutely loved the dining experience at Osteria Olio. The manager/Somalia gave us wine and food recommendations. The wine was excellent. We had the duck and the margarita pizza, which was superb . I would highly recommend and will definitely return. 5 stars!!!!“

“Great restaurant! My wife & I weren’t sure where to go. I Googled “Best Restaurants in Athens, Ga”. Frankly, I had to scholl through 3-4 pages and Ossetian Athena finally came up … we’ll worth the wait! My wife & I had a great over appetizer, Mushroom Bruschetta, Caesar Salads & Salmone Al Pistacchio including an Italian Blend … simply outstanding! On top of all this, Drew, the owner, was a GREAT HOST! I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“The absolute best! We were car shopping in Athens and stopped by to grab a bite to eat. I got my usual- the tour of Italy and so did hubby. Food was hot and on point. Our waiter Preston was phenomenal. Give him a raise! The manager was present and checked on us. 10 out of 10“

“While visiting my Aunt in Athens we got take out From the Timothy Road location. We were told an hour. I arrived 50 minutes later, paid and waited about 10 minutes for the server to return to the bar with our order. I could tell the pizza box was not warm but when it was handed to me. When we arrived at my Aunts condo just a few minutes up the road the pizza and pasta were COLD. Frustrating to have to wait for cold food. The salads were good and the taste of the pizza and pasta were good. Next time I guess I’ll order and wait at the bar?“

“This place is doomed to fail. Ordered takeout and noticed the health rating as wife left with food. A glorious 85! Needless to say, food was tossed in the garbage and we will never return. This was our third attempt to give them a chance. Horrible service on first try. Horrible food on the second try and abysmal health rating on the third try. Done and done.“

“DoorDash caused a nightmare. Your Pie stepped in, called me about the sketchy dasher, and personally delivered it to me! They are always so great, but today showed how well they treat their customers. Above and beyond! Highly recommend.“

15 years ago, as a grad student, I used to order wings from Bulldawg Pizza all the time. Nostalgia struck and I decided to get wings there, since I figured the quality hadn't gone anywhere with them still being open.

Few things don't change, but Bulldawg Pizza hasn't. Thoroughly enjoyed the wings again and the employees were friendly. I hope they're always there every time I visit Athens.

One thing - do check your pizza if you're asking them to leave toppings off a specialty pizza. They left artichoke hearts on our pizza. Not to a huge extent, but that's why they get 4 stars instead of 5. But if you're just looking for regular pepperoni, you'll get pretty good pizza fast.“
