Great stay at the AC Downtown the weekend of Labor Day 2026. We stayed in the ADA room, and it was very accommodating for a wheelchair(large navigatable bathroom). You will need your room card to get into the hotel and to use the elevator
I was here for dragoncon, just recently had surgery so i am sticking to the room a lot more then usual. So i was very happy with room services and the pool. The staff was awesome and very friendly. Especially the security guard who helped us with tweezers and ear buds.
The only con was the lack of outlets for hair styling, but thats not a issue most people have.

This hotel is placed in the centre of many atractions. Right next to the olympic park, 7 minutes walk from the Coca Cola experience centre and the Georgian Aquarium. 3 blocks away from Hard Rock Cafe.
The employees are both knowledgeable, helpful, and solution oriented.
The rooms are just the perfect size, and have all that you as a traveler need. A refriguator, a lockbox, and an iron and ironing table. The AC is working great. The toilet and shower has good space...read full review

AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown offers a generally positive experience for guests, highlighted by friendly and helpful staff. Reviewers mention great hospitality from team members like Tad, DJ, and Mercedes, who provided outstanding service when a guest misplaced their passport. The hotel features clean rooms with minimal noise levels, although some guests noted thin walls that allowed outside sounds to be heard. Many appreciated the lounge area on the lobby level and the good breakfast offerings. While there were some complaints about noise and the morning coffee's taste, the overall feedback is favorable. Guests appreciate its convenient location, especially for events like DragonCon, and many express intentions to return.
