“I had a very pleasant visit at this popeye's.Normally, popeyes take so long because the chicken be made the order.But when I tell you the staff was on point, and I was in and out in less than seven minutes, with a big family order in the middle of a rush hour dinner time.On a friday, I would recommend anybody want popeyes to come to this popeyes

“We're from Atlanta, but we live in Tennessee and our Popeyes not the Atlanta one's.... So we just wanted to enjoy some Popeyes before we left..... And that's just what we did. Our food was hot and fresh, service was great and we ended our trip on a great note! I love fresh food!“

“This is my favorite Popeyes in a 20 mile radius. My food is always made fresh, someone is always available to take my order. The employees are never slacking and willing to give you sauce. And the managers run a good ship. Recommendation: wings with original hot sauce, Cajun fries, and red Fanta for a drink. Cost me $13.66 I also recommend their cheese cake“

“I had a really nice experience with employees there! I asked them to switch some pieces to what I like better and they happily did it for me! :) I think this place is better than most other Popeyes in Georgia area.Two downsides of this place are that you cannot use discount coupons in your Popeyes app (you can use offers tho) and the price is slightly higher than other locations. But I understand that because it’s inside the Lenox Square mall.Overall, I don’t think this place deserves 2.- reviews!“

“It's insane to me that the best Popeye's I've ever been to is in an airport. Even before we had our food, I was so thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff. But then, on top of that, the food was also the best tasting Popeye's we've ever had.“
“Order on uber eats. Got 1/4 shrimp box by itself. The shrimp was dried out. No cocktail sauce. The 2 3pcs with red beans and rice was ok, the chicken was a little cold. But it was delivered. The biscuits were like bricks. But idk it was delivered. I would probably just go to order directly here instead of delivery. 2 different experiences“
“I tried to complete the survey on the receipt, but couldn’t locate the code. Anyway, this location NEVER lets me down!
On three visits it has been a greet experience. The management team is truly doing something right!
Today Mr. Anthony (mgr) made it right! My coupon had expired and I was frustrated. He came over to the window applied the coupon and also gave me a coupon sheet! I was in shock!
I frequent this location OFTEN and I hope senior management recognizes the team at the Cleveland location! Hats off team!!“

“I just visited this Popeyes and the service was not bad at all. I will say they charged for extra sauce which I have never experienced at any other Popeyes, but what really made the experience for me was this gentleman named James Vance. He actually cooked my food and personally walked it out to me. He was kind in demeanor and his words were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting this Popeyes and James’s quality service!“

“Chicken in the airport. This is by far my favorite place to eat while on a layover. Prices are not outrageous and the chicken is always fresh and hot. I can't make it through the ATL airport without stopping by for some Popeye's Chicken.“

“I will always support any business that takes care of the community. I was in this Popeyes, and a man walked in and stated that he was hungry. The young lady at the front counter notified her manager. The manager never looked up but instructed the young lady to feed him. The young lady politely asked him if he also wanted something to drink, and he said Please. He was allowed to sit and eat his meal in a warm space. Thank you for the way you handled it, and thank you for feeding him,“

“After having a not-so-great-experience in 2024, we have not been to this location since. Tonight, I was craving Popeyes, bad.. so we went, AND LET ME TELL YOU: QUEEN.. she deserves a raise, bonus, and promotion. Her customer service via the drive thru monitor was immaculate. I felt like a friend was asking what I wanted to eat at their home for dinner. I will now be a regular customer and will be purchasing my thanksgiving turkey from Popeyes because of Queen.
