“This is my favorite Popeyes in a 20 mile radius. My food is always made fresh, someone is always available to take my order. The employees are never slacking and willing to give you sauce. And the managers run a good ship. Recommendation: wings with original hot sauce, Cajun fries, and red Fanta for a drink. Cost me $13.66 I also recommend their cheese cake“
“My occasional treat and the food is always good and fresh. This location’s chicken is reminiscent of Popeyes’ locations in Louisiana. The customer service is excellent and Quanda the store manager has such a great spirit. Great job Moreland!“

“It's insane to me that the best Popeye's I've ever been to is in an airport. Even before we had our food, I was so thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff. But then, on top of that, the food was also the best tasting Popeye's we've ever had.“

“I had a really nice experience with employees there! I asked them to switch some pieces to what I like better and they happily did it for me! :) I think this place is better than most other Popeyes in Georgia area.Two downsides of this place are that you cannot use discount coupons in your Popeyes app (you can use offers tho) and the price is slightly higher than other locations. But I understand that because it’s inside the Lenox Square mall.Overall, I don’t think this place deserves 2.- reviews!“
“This Popeyes puts out a ton of chicken but still has great service and chicken is good will never be what it used to be but not their fault Popeyes no longer brines chicken in house comes pre done from corp and they don't do it the same lost some flavor. But better than the Midwest where it really is bad I'll definitely stop by here if nothing but for the service!“

On three visits it has been a greet experience. The management team is truly doing something right!
Today Mr. Anthony (mgr) made it right! My coupon had expired and I was frustrated. He came over to the window applied the coupon and also gave me a coupon sheet! I was in shock!
I frequent this location OFTEN and I hope senior management recognizes the team at the Cleveland location! Hats off team!!“

“Chicken in the airport. This is by far my favorite place to eat while on a layover. Prices are not outrageous and the chicken is always fresh and hot. I can't make it through the ATL airport without stopping by for some Popeye's Chicken.“
“Food was good as always. The restroom and lobby was clean as usual, at this location. The manager (darker, older woman) has bad customer service, poor tone, and an unwelcoming disposition.

“We're from Atlanta, but we live in Tennessee and our Popeyes not the Atlanta one's.... So we just wanted to enjoy some Popeyes before we left..... And that's just what we did. Our food was hot and fresh, service was great and we ended our trip on a great note! I love fresh food!“
