“My friend and I went to this restaurant yesterday (7/22) I went a few weeks ago back and was upset to see it was closed because of them having a summer break for their employees. I was excited to return back to finally try this place. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the cashier. I told him that it was our first time and he was more than happy to share the menu. The barista also chimed in and gave helpful tips as well. My friend and I got the samigo and it was delicious. We also got a blackberry limeade and strawberry matcha which were so delicious. While the food was great, I did want to commend the staff at Sammy’s. “What a great experience. Needed catering for an event for 145 individuals and Jersey Mikes came through! The store manager Leyana was amazing.They packaged everything so well and delivery was on time! Sandwiches were fresh, packaged with a cookie, condiments and napkins. Great for easy clean up. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“

I just had the best turkey sandwich I’ve had in a while. With fresh bread, bright, fresh vegetables (not a single vegetable dull in color similar to subway has now) and HAND SLICED TURKEY (yes, this is freshly sliced turkey right in front of your eyes, not precut) and a great variety of chips and drinks, I was very satisfied.

The attention to detail is amazing as even the sauce was drizzled perfectly on the bread, not just doused into your sandwich like subway. This is one of the last Blimpie’s in town with a very kind owner, and like all sandwich shops I have been to for the past while, the quality never caved with inflation.

“My friend Neek is at Jersey Mike’s weekly. I always say I want to try it, but never have until today. I was on Marietta St. and this location was open and no one was in line. Usually I am in the area after it’s closed or the line is long so this was a sign.

I walked in and was impressed by how clean the location was. I'm talking spotless and everything was in order.

As this was my first time, I needed a few moments to process the menu. It took me forever because I couldn’t decide. Every sandwich on the board was calling my name. LoL!

I decided to get the Chicken Philly on White!

Now… I’m one of those people who likes to get my sandwich how I like it, however, I wasn’t aware that the Hot Sandwiches go straight from the grill to being wrapped. I was supposed to do my additions in the beginning. Now I know. However, my sandwich was made as detailed on the menu, wrapped, cut, and $20 later I was out the door.

Side note, inflation is real. With these prices Jersey Mike’s will be saved for treat days. LoL.

Back to my sandwich. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and smelled AMAZING!!!! Layered with Grilled onions, peppers & White American cheese, Mike’s Chicken Philly was a mouth-pleasing, well seasoned, stomach filling experience.

As I ordered the Giant I was able to have half for lunch and half for dinner. As such, I guess $10 per meal as a breakdown isn’t bad. LoL!!!!!

As a first timer of Jersey Mike’s I am wholeheartedly pleased. The service was good. The store was clean. The food was fresh. The flavors were spot on and the desires of my hunger were fulfilled.
