Backed out of an event a few hours before, because he “overbooked,” not an emergency.
Organizers are very careful to not overbook food trucks so that the vendors do a great deal of biz. Black Lotus sold out at the event the previous year. Both parties advertised they would be present. VIP tickets were sold with Black Lotus as one of the food options.
Today was my first Black Lotus Cuisine experience and the food was definitely a 10/10. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We ate off the truck for the first time today at it was amazing!! As a food truck owner I love when I get fresh authentic food from another truck!! 10/10 recommend!!!
