We paid for a sack of Krystals and we were told to pull up. They would be ready in 3 minutes. No one else was there. Within 7 minutes, another car came through and got their order. We still had not received our order. We had to go inside to get our order. That was 12 minutes after the order was placed. The person working said he had not forgotten about us. I've always loved Krystals. Especially when they food is fresh their breakfast and lunch and dinner items are very good but if they're not fresh it's a whole different story and I feel like over the past five years they have not been very consistent to and that makes all the difference in the world. I'm so glad that the dining room is open again. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I didn't like that they only gave you one Sunriser now with the combo instead of the two that they used to.
