“My gf and I passed this place a lot while in VaHi and finally stopped in. Very cool vibe inside, perfect for date night. The yellowtail carpaccio was great. We ordered the chicken lo mein and garlic green beans and were blown away. I think we were expecting something basic but the Lo mein ended up being one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. And the garlic green beans were an added bonus.
Super cute place, nice bar. Our drinks were great. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Best banh mi value in the area. We always order banh mi from here every time we visit Atlanta. The banh mi quality is pretty similar to Banh Mi Cali in California. They also sell really strong Vietnamese coffee cafe sua da; I would be awake for days drinking it, lol. Their noodles and goi cuon are yummy, too. They are super efficient, provide extremely quick service, and they are great at math--calculating in their heads accurately. Highly recommend!“

“New BEST Banh Mi in town! Newly opened and and lots of DELICIOUS FLAVORS no others can rival! Located on BuHi next to the well known Tea House Formosa, you will find a newly established Banh Mi shop. Not only am I impressed with the menu, the meat to topping ratio, and the baguette is light, fluffy and fresh JUST LIKE in VIETNAM. As if that was not enough, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIAL SAUCE, a sweet and tangy explosión of flavor. The Banh Mi sizes offered are diverse and ready to serve any client ranging from the Banh Mi craver that wants to limit bread intake (stick), the Now and Later that likes to eat half now and save half for later because you weren't that hungry (Regular), and the BiG EyE eater who orders TWO to finish 1 1/2 (Challenger). The challenger wasn't available yet, but I look forward to one day enjoying an airy inside and crunchy outside Challenger sized Banh Mi! Now finally, To the nitty gritty I ordered the - Be Grilled Pork (original) -Glazed Chicken (original) - Teriyaki Chicken (stick) They were all mouth watering and have me wanting more... the texture was crunchy, full of flavor, and the perfect egg butter glazed inside providing the perfect balance.“

“Dua Vietnamese is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Atlanta, and honestly, my favorite restaurant in the world. Their Bun Bo Hue (spicy Vietnamese noodle soup) is incredible. It’s got a rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked rice noodles, and protein of your choice. I like the tofu which soaks up every bit of savory, spicy goodness. It’s authentic Vietnamese food at its finest.
Other dishes I highly recommend are their pho and spring rolls. Honestly, you can’t go wrong. Everything I’ve tried here has been a perfect 10/10. The flavors are bold, fresh, and balanced, the service is quick, the staff is friendly, good price and portions are generous.
Whether you’re craving Vietnamese noodles, a comforting bowl of soup, or the most flavorful broth in midtown Atlanta, Dua Vietnamese is the place to go. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!“

“Saigon Tofu is a fantastic spot that truly stands out in the area, especially for those looking for authentic Vietnamese snacks and food. They offer a great variety of traditional options, which is hard to find around here. It's also my favorite spot to get banh mi sandwiches—their flavors are rich, fresh, and reminiscent of homemade Vietnamese cuisine, making it a popular choice among the local Vietnamese community. While the store could use a little clean up and wiped down, the food quality and unique selection more than make up for it. It's definitely worth a visit if you're craving genuine Vietnamese treats!
Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options of snacks and meals.
Parking: Parking in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: Many options for kids to choose from.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access through the front of the store.“

“One of the best pho places around, located slightly NE of Atlanta. The food stall is located in the Hong Kong Market's food court-- dining is super casual.
No frills, just good noodle soup.
You know it's authentic when the herbs are plentiful, and soup comes out tongue burning hot. The menu is primarily variations of pho, but also has Bun Bo Hue and Bum Mam.
The pho broth had a deep beef flavor. There was a sheen of fatty broth (nước béo) that made the soup even richer. It was very aromatic with a hint of sweetness. The herbs consisted of the typical selection (thai basil, culantro, bean sprouts. jalapeño, and limes). There were paddy herbs included which is rare (and not to everyone's taste). The noodle-protein-soup ratio was perfect.
Forewarning: It's a one man operated stall, with an occasional assistant. Still, three pho bowls came out in ~10-15 minutes.“

“Chino was absolutely great. Approachable, open to questions, and cares that you have a great experience. The food is definitely worth coming back for and don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation. I got the shrimp banh mi after asking and do not regret my choice. The vegetables were fresh, crisp, the shrimp grilled perfectly and if you like jalapeños, will be the kick that brings it all together. And the milk tea was just *chefs kiss*. For sure going into the rotation“

“Pho King is an absolute gem! If you're craving delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine, look no further. I recently tried their veggie egg rolls and Thai tea, and both were phenomenal. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside, bursting with fresh, flavorful vegetables inside. The Thai tea was a delightful balance of sweet and creamy, making it the perfect companion to the savory rolls.
But the food is just the beginning. One of the highlights of Pho King is their spacious and cozy upstairs study area. It's the ideal spot to unwind, catch up on work, or simply relax with friends. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Whether you're a foodie, a student looking for a quiet study nook, or just someone who loves a great dining experience, Pho King is the place to be. Don't miss out on this fantastic restaurant – you won't be disappointed!“

“Wassup world?! Back at my usual spot for pho & banh mi, but this time, my sis was the one craving it--not me. I wasn't really feeling it, so I just ate what she ordered. She got the large #1 combo pho, grilled pork with rice, combo banh mi, and Thai tea. Overall, this visit was a 7/10. If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive. Here's the breakdown: * #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh. * Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire. * Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Nothing too exciting. * Thai Tea - 7/10 Loved the tall drink container (super cute), but the tea wasn't that sweet, and the boba was just alright. Would I come back? Of course--this is still my spot! They stay open 'til 3AM, so it's always a solid late-night option. Guess it just depends on the day because different days = different flavors. Pull up and see for yourself!“

“My first time trying Vietnamese food or pho and this was a great choice. I had a big bowl of pho with several types of meat and a whole bunch of crunchy delicious vegetables. My mouth is watering right now just remembering how good it was and how many tasty things were in there. We were seated and welcomed in right away even though it was close to closing. Service was great, food came fast and was delicious. Very quiet and low key atmosphere.“

“I have been here for about 15 years and finally give them a review. Most typical Vietnamese don’t give reviews and I’m one of them ?. We either come back if it’s good or don’t come back if it’s not good. Food is excellent and still the same for past 15 years and the same owners. My favorite is bún chả cá (fish cakes noodles) and bánh canh cua (crab noodles). My husband likes cơm tấm đặc biệt 7 món (7 special combinations broken rice) and bún bò huế (spicy beef noodles). They all are good. They are like home made food and I typically order them on the days that I don’t want to cook. Give them a try and help the owners stay in business.“

“Another great neighborhood eatery that has been around for 25 years! Family favorites: pork dumplings, lo mein, general chey's stirfry, thai coconut soup, and the salads are actually really hardy and yummy. They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.“

“Colonial Kitchen has become a favorite place to dine! Gourmet food at reasonable prices, stylish, cozy ambiance, wonderful patio, excellent service. “the best Pho broth I think I've ever had. Service was very basic. Had to ask for extra basil and cilantro and jalapenos to get the same as you'd normally get from other pho shops. But that broth itself, the freshness of the veggies and the quality of the food was worth nearly the hour drive. We will absolutely be back. Five star food, three star service. Edit: been back at least a dozen times over the years, as amazing as always.“

“Authentic viet sandwiches, packed with flavor and doesn’t skimp out on toppings and meat, which some banh mi places do. We ordered bbq pork (#8), regular pork (#9), beef (#14), and combination (#16) sandwiches and all were amazing!!! It’s a bit of a drive but we’ll worth coming here, it’s hidden in a shopping center so people typically miss it but you have to come and check this place out! They also have side dishes as well like egg rolls (they were good) & drinks to go along with your sandwich. Quick service and friendly people, the owner Huy is a sweet older gentleman who takes your order and helped gives us the recommendations for a couple of the sandwiches.“

“Honestly I’m not worried about people smoking inside. They have a sign on the door that warns you. Anyway, great Vietnamese coffee and (when I was there) free sweet tea came with it. So we got 4 drinks for $8. Not too bad.Note that they only take cash! Remember to bring it!“

“The new owners renovated the restaurant to be more modern and welcoming. The meat plates are great for lunch, and there are plenty of other traditional dishes too.
We got the pan-fried noodles with seafood. The seafood is chewy, more so than those at other places. The Chinese BBQ pork is my favorite of the meats so far. The light soup and pickled vegetable served with the BBQ rice plate really round out the meal. I'll try their clay pots or other noodles next time.
Pros: BBQ options, new modern atmosphere
Cons: personally would prefer crispier noodles for pan-fried noodles“
