“We visited this store because of the twister’s return. The staff was extremely friendly. Great fried chicken, the twister wrap took me right back to 2005. The staff not only corrected a mistake of the wrong side but brought us HOT fresh wedges not once but twice for free. Extremely impressive experience in a time where its getting increasingly more rare to find a great KFC or honestly a good chain experience in general. 5 forks, welcome to the golden plate club“

“I think it's overpriced and overrated, from what I'm saying there's only children working there they goof off to take forever they're nice enough but they don't get in a hurry for you and you wait forever for your food and really it's just a little above average of any fast food except the ones that just really suck but it is way too expensive“

“I’m unsure of the names but the entire crew who was working At 2:45 PM February 17 is absolutely incredible. Nothing was missed. They asked me questions that I’ve never been asked from a Zaxby’s before service is beyond incredible. Food was perfect. I would drive 45 minutes out of my way just to come back to this specific Zaxbys alone just because of the crew working I’ve never felt like family in a fast food restaurant before until today.“

I came in here at 3 or 4 pm and the employees upfront were wonderful. Their customer service is exceptional. Kyle came and brought us our fries. He treated every customer greatly. I can't remember the other employee name but she's so sweet. Ive Interacted with her before and she's so wonderful. I enjoy it when she calls us baby its so endearing.“

“I have to say for $12 for a salad I expected my lettuce to at least be fresh. I had a bunch of lettuce that was wilted and soft which is absolutely disgusting. I drove through the drive-thru so the atmosphere is a drive-thru the service they do their part at the window. So I definitely did not get what I paid for. Next time I'll just go to Publix and make my own salad.“
