We had the filets with a side of creamed corn and broccolini (Chef’s treat). They also gave me a couple of special treats for my birthday and I can assure you I won’t forget the kind gesture. “This restaurant is fabulous, I have never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered the pabellon criollo plate which comes with sweet plantains. I also ordered a side of fried yuca and a side of avocados. When I got my meal, the sweet plantains were missing and my sides also. I explained to our waitress that I did not get the plantains nor my side dish. She apologized and brought them out to me. When I went to pay, I was charged for the plantains that should have been included in my meal. I explained this to her, but she kept arguing back that no it was extra which it wasn’t. I didn’t argue anymore and just paid it. $4.99 extra, which really $5.00 was not worth arguing for. But the principle of it! Like I said, the food is wonderful and we never had an issue until this. Makes me not want to go back. What a shame.”

“I love stopping by there to get my apples, always fresh and not damaged. Also picked up some pies/turnovers different flavors, they are like bakery style not homemade fried pies but very good and full of stuff. Apple cider is the best. They also have a lot of other great things (honey, hard cider tastings, gifts, fresh fruits and veggies, restaurant-really good- and more).”

“Reservation one month in advance for patio ,asked hostess if that was it out front. Waited 35 minutes she then went to seat us inside, we said outside please waited waited at least 20 more minutes, then 10 more to be greeted. ,med rare 16 oz. Ribeye,was very rare. Potatoes good. G.m.approached every table but ours. I still tipped 20 percent to server, not all her fault. . Never again”

“Hands down THE Best bbq joint in Blue Ridge! I had the mushroom burger & hubby had the pulled pork! The potato salad was AMAZING and tasted straight from the farm to grandmas kitchen. All 4 of my kids had something different on the menu & there was nothing left on any of our plates.. we will definitely be back!”

But once you're seated, the service is friendly and quick, the fast-casual food is delicious, and the price moderate. Why is Chesters's popular, crowded and successful? Because its formula is sure-fire and executed well.”

“The Sweet Shoppe baked our wedding cake and WOW. Just wow! It was honestly exactly what we wanted as far as appearance. But the taste!?! We were all blown away! We ordered a simple vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, but this was next level! Everyone got a second piece of cake and EVERYONE talked about how perfect the flavor was. How you take the flavor of a simple vanilla cake to that level of perfection, I’ll never know. The texture was amazing as well! Very moist and light, but also fairly dense! I told my husband he absolutely has to take me by their bakery for cupcakes before we leave Blue Ridge! We will 100% use The Sweet Shoppe again! A truly exceptional experience!!!”

“I have made this my Friday pizza spot. 5 weeks in a row I ordered pizza and salad take out. Its ready when I arrive. The pizza is delicious. Toppings are fresh. Sauce and cheese nice ratio, not over done. Keep up the consistently good food!”

“Good food, friendly people! The prices advertised are not accurate though, just a heads up. Our total before tax should have been a little less than $22. The total ended up being over $35 with their card fees and I left a couple dollars for tip so it was very expensive for what it is, IMO as a local. Make sure you ask for prices when you order. The board has paper on it showing modified prices but those are. It accurate either. The food is cooked to order and very fresh though. I would still recommend, just watch the pricing.”

“Blue Ridge alone is a great experience but for the sake of your taste buds stop in at Harvest on Main. I was quickly seated on a cloudy Sunday but what better day for this place. I walk through the doors and I’m greeted with the cozy feeling of a cabin in the woods. My server Jason was very attentive and informed me of all of the seasonal a chefs daily options. I ordered the peach habanero meatballs and the daily catch which was seasoned haddock over lemon zest risotto both prepared by an outstanding chef by the name of Rodney. The flavor and consistency of every dish was impeccable. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! I had to end my visit with a lemon blueberry cheesecake which was delicious! 😋”

You want to truly kill in the market and show yourselves to be the only fast food company that cares...angle a section of you offerings as keto. Your suppliers offer low carb breads and options. Keto is not just about losing weight it's also about preventing or controlling diabetes and obesity. Don't rewrite the menu, just offer the option and show the customers that unlike so many other companies...you are looking out for our health with keto option. I will always be a customer of a franchise who cares for me as a human being, father and husband over anyone who sees me as just a point of profit margin.
