“Thank you Destiny for fixing our takeout order. I went through the drive through and when I got home the order wasn’t correct. I called the Hwy 96 Location and they were so polite on the phone immediately putting their manager on the phone. Destiny was kind, courteous and quickly had a solution to the problem. I drove back to the restaurant and my corrected order was ready and hot and greasy. Everyone was kind and courteous! Thank you Destiny and crew!!!“

“Burger freshness is hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are good, and other times they taste like the patties have been sitting in the warmer for hours. But when they're good, they're really good. Not sure if all Hardee's provide veteran discounts, but this location does.“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“
