The menu available was limited and different from the one posted on their website. There was seemingly only one bartender for the entire restaurant and they were very overwhelmed and unable to provide good service when we went for an after dinner drink following our reservation.
Service was good, a bit slow at times but good overall. The food was just ok, nothing spectacular or maybe it's just what I ordered
Wonderful from start to finish. We went here to have our monthly date night and live in the area never have been so we loved everything about it.

Versailles Restaurant & Bar offers a mix of good and mediocre experiences. The ambience is unique, featuring a glass ceiling and open-air concept that creates an elegant atmosphere, making diners feel like they are eating a fancy meal in the middle of the day, similar to Downton Abbey. The restaurant appears upscale but is dressed as a casual hotel bar. The food was great; bread was soft, warm, and buttery, while the salad was fresh and well dressed. The Lamb Shank was so well braised and tender that a knife was not needed, and the Filet Mignon had the perfect sear and tenderness expected from this type of place. However, some dishes, like desserts, were only average and not ordered intentionally. Service can be slow, and seating arrangements are sometimes in closed areas, though staff members, including the manager and server, are attentive and apologetic. The restaurant is good for larger groups or corporate events. Overall, Versailles has potential, but improvements in service speed and clarity about seating and menu details could enhance the experience. Guests can enjoy wandering the grounds, relaxing on the grass, or walking through the beautiful outdoor spaces. The interior features a large skylighted rotunda with a spacious and private feeling, though the sun’s glare can sometimes be uncomfortable. The restaurant is located in the larger conference and spa building, which exudes casual luxury. Food options include panini sandwiches and salads like niçoise with tuna, with a wine list available upon request. While the service is generally adequate and the atmosphere lovely, some visitors found the experience less intimate due to noise and TV screens, and noted that the brunch food did not quite match the rest of the experience. Despite these minor issues, many find visiting Versailles a wonderful experience worth exploring.
