McDonald's in Canton

“We don't really eat at McDonald's often, but this one has the best staff that I've even seen in a McDonald's, attached to a great deal on breakfast for our kiddos (Mc-griddles). They always greet us with a smile and provide excellent service!“

“I will give this McDonald's a 5 star rating because not only are they super respectful when dealing with me as a Dasher but I decided to stop in today to eat and they made a simple mistake (mistakes happen) they promptly and politely fixed the issue without attitude or question. And gave me a courtesy drink while I waited .“

“The employees at the windows are always really nice. Unfortunately they never have milkshakes every time I come and it's a real big bummer. If it was once or twice I'd understand but the past 5+ times I've tried to order one, they are "out".“

“After a long morning of missing my alarms, fighting with the dryer, etc i ran through the drive-thru for a quick bite before starting my new job today & had one of the nicest interactions with the employee, Yvonne at the window. She had the biggest smile on her face when i pulled up to the window; then proceeded to tell me she thought i was beautiful. She completely turned my day around by having a smile, positive attitude, and kindness towards strangers. Yvonne is the reason i will continue to come back & always recommend this location!“

“The bundle is an excellent deal. Honestly, the Big Macs were cooked to perfection and resembled the picture in the advertisements. The nuggets and fries paired wonderfully with the Coca-Cola. I would attach a picture, but who has time for snapping a shot? Not this guy.“

“Walked into Mcdonalds 3/10/2025, found a nice view seating area of the windows. waited 30 minutes until breakfast finished and lunched began. Time 12:00. Walked to the ordering desk and asked for a number 3 combo. A non english speeking employee greeted me with "one second" as she continued to finsih cleaning a salt shaker. than another greeting of "Hi' I than asked for a Number 3 Combo.Than with perfect english was asked by the Mcdonalds employee Would i like my fries Medium or large. And than i asked what size comes with the combo?. I was than told to hold one momento. A manager arriaved at ther front cash register and greeted me with "hello" I than explained to him, I asked for a number 3 and was asked to choose between a medium or large fry. The anger than explained his employee who was trying to take my order does not usually take orders and speak English fluently. So my customer exsperince was good. Great team work i saw with helping eachother. the food was exspectional warm and ready, I was served at my table as i waited no longer than 10 mins. My first time eating at this location.“
