“No dine in. You stand in line at the window, kinda like at a food truck. They do have a couple of picnic tables you can use outside. The food, especially the chicken is the absolute best. Staff is friendly enough, the line moves fast and it's always fun and friendly getting to talk to the other ppl I'm in line with, usually run into someone I know lol. A must try for sure!“

Kendryck (I believe) in the drive thru is SO polite, so respectful, and makes an impression every time. You can tell the management at this location is very involved and treats their staff well! Will always pass other locations to come here“

“Nice friendly staff, they appear to be kinda maxed out understaffed for the lunch rush. I usually hit them at the morning or off hours. Usually get my order 100% unlike some others that miss the sauce or jelly or something they are pretty darn accurate and will make corrections quickly if needed.“

“Everything was good but the service we went there today and it was not busy and the girl at window shoved our food out at us, and drinks, her name was Lakiaya, I mean that is not good business you don’t shove anything at the customers, maybe she needs training or to work in different areas because she was also not very friendly.“

“Captain D's will definitely fill ya up. Though it's a little expensive these days and makes you question if its worth it, it definitely hits the spot and is pretty consistent in quality and service. Only thing I'd say is a con is the fish tends to have too much of a fishy taste to it, but otherwise recommend, and good variety to boot.“

“I walked in and the staff greeted me with a smile on their face. They truly cared about the sandwich they were making me. Stopped by for takeout around 6:30 on a Monday night and both young men working were incredibly patient with an elderly customer in front of us who had lots of questions, and then they went on to give us excellent service as well. They both took their time building the sandwiches and obviously took pride in their jobs. We have always had great service at this location, but tonight was even better than normal.“

“I'm not one fond of leaving reviews and if my order is incorrect 9/10 I just leave it alone because let's be honest it most times seems to much of a hassle.

Tonight I made an order through the drive-thru around 10PM with about 12 items. Once I got home I realized I was missing 2 items. I contemplated calling, but I did. The young lady answered my call, was very apologetic and even gave me options on when to replace it and sounded sincere.

I told her Id drive up there and I did. When I walked in holding my receipt I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who asked if I was the one who called, he grabbed the manager and she took my receipt to give them what needed to be remade.

There were no questions asked, I was treated respectfully by all staff and my food was replaced. I'm not sure of the team members who worked during that shift but kitchen was clean and I feel like kudos were due when customer service experiences are usually not great.“
