“We love coming here especially when Rebecca is here!!! She is their GEM!!! Regardless of the day or hour she is the same cheery and upbeat ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service in her voice and with her smile! She works the drive thru with green lights meaning she keeps it moving even when there’s a problem (this is my personally observation)! This is our favorite Dunkin’ in C’Ville!“
“I was very happy with today's visit. I was craving a XL White Hazelnut Bark hot coffee and was bummed when I didn't see it on the app. I called and spoke with Bailey and he told me how to make it over the app. I called back when I realized I had no idea how much sugar originally is put in that XL hot Coffee and spoke to Ella's the second time. They were both so very helpful and I was able to get my favorite drink on this very cold night... Thank you Bailey and Ella for the superb customer service will definitely return to this location...“
