“My wife and I had dinner at Los Potros and decided to take walk around and look at the Christmas decorations afterwards, then we saw it...Droop Scoops, neon signs that said "coffee" and one that said "ice cream"...what's not to like about that right? We walk in and it's like you're just instantly comfortable, very nice ambience and friendly staff. We shared a banana split that was fantastic. We will definitely be back. 👍👍“

“The restaurant is clean and well kept . I enjoy the staff that makes my day enjoyable. The food is good. Tried the chicken big machine. It was very good, does need more sauce so I got a cup of mac sauce.

“Had my daughter’s wedding shower at Canopy this past weekend . I could not ask for a better place . I highly recommend you to use this for a shower or special event . “Outstanding service, both inside and at the drive thru. Breakfast bowls are filling and nutritious. The cinnamon rolls are the bomb! I liked their donuts. Great flavor on the coffee; light on the tongue, no bitterness. They do have flavored coffee. Music is not so loud that you can't hear yourself think. Very clean.

Parking: Limited handicap spaces. Parking lot is shared with several other businesses.

“They came to my job for employee appreciation day, and they were wonderful! The coffee was so worth the price. They were a little slow with getting the coffee out. But considering the amount of people they were making coffee for, I think the wait was perfectly fine. The two in the truck were very friendly!!“

“Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. I truly hope this reaches someone who can appreciate their amazing efforts and thank them for being there as well as praise them. Thanks for a great morning experience!“

“I had a great experience at this location. I was served by a wonderful individual and my food was out in no time! The food was delicious, I got the grilled cheese on sour dough and it was amazing!! My chai tea was also on point, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re up seeing rock city and want a refreshment or a quick bite before or after going in.

Parking: The parking is easy to find just drive past the location and on the right you will see signs that lead you to the parking which is slightly behind the location.“
