“My wife and I had dinner at Los Potros and decided to take walk around and look at the Christmas decorations afterwards, then we saw it...Droop Scoops, neon signs that said "coffee" and one that said "ice cream"...what's not to like about that right? We walk in and it's like you're just instantly comfortable, very nice ambience and friendly staff. We shared a banana split that was fantastic. We will definitely be back. 👍👍“

I can't say the same for the Fort Oglethorpe, GA or East Ridge and Chattanooga, TN locations, especially in the evening hours. This location does it right!“

“I visit Starbucks 2-3 times a day and because they always make my hot mocha perfect. this is one of my favorite locations bc they always make my White Mocha perfect. I felt bad when I saw they are open on Christmas Day but, after It was explained that no one was being forced and they’re making time & 1/2 I’m actually happy that they’re given the opportunity to make some extra.“

“Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. I truly hope this reaches someone who can appreciate their amazing efforts and thank them for being there as well as praise them. Thanks for a great morning experience!“

“This location is one of the roomier Starbucks I've been to. Sitting area is reminiscent of the local cosy coffee shop. A little alcove is perfect for study group and there's a larger table great for collaborative workspace. Nice fireplace provides an intimate feel in the larger space. Overall it's a well appointed space. Coffee order was on point.“

“Went to the Dunkin in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia was NOT happy the iced coffee was GREAT we got frosted cream filled doughnuts and chocolate Boston cream filled doughnuts and there was NO CREAM IN ANY OF THESE DOUGHNUTS 🤬was very disappointing!!!“

“I love dunkin donuts and I'm a repeat offender (m-f), but specifically I frequent this location. This is hands down the BEST location. Fast, friendly, service and your items made correctly, EVERY morning. Shawn, the dunkin manager for East Ridge, shines his light brightly along with the other employees. The other morning he was so kind to me by covering my tab when my card was unexpectedly declined. I was stressing at that point bc I realized my card had been compromised. Knowing I needed to call the bank and take care of business and fearful of what I was going to find out. He was very kind to cover my purchase for me. I went back to repay my dues this morning but he declined saying it was on him. It's refreshing to see others lights shine and to have your faith in humanity restored with acts of kindness. He literally helped my stressful morning from being a completely horrible day. So Shawn, thank you again! 😊“

“This Starbucks is good, just not excellent. They often run out of food, and they sometimes close the lobby if they don’t have enough workers inside. So it can be sort of a pain, especially if you go there frequently. The WiFi isn’t that good either. But the workers are very kind and friendly, and the place is mostly clean and comfortable. I would recommend, just not during the busiest times of the day or week.“
