Our server Alex provided us with the greatest customer service and made sure we were satisfied with the food and drink selections. She was very friendly, down to earth, and professional. The staff tried to call us to move us up but we were at a symphony and couldn't use our phones. Instead of waiting to hear from us, they automatically moved us to 8:45PM. There is a 15 minute grace period so we got there in the nick of time. Maybe that is for the bar.It is cashless and it is on the website and they tell you once you get there as well.Parking is first come first serve but they have reasonable valet. it was only $8My boyfriend had the seafood Piccadilly and mac and cheese and it was so good. I had the chicken and waffles. Be mindful of the chili butter that is on there cause it is hot. It added flavor, just not one I liked. Nothing towards the chef, I just didn't care for it, but my boyfriend smashed it lol. The chicken was seasoned really well.This is definitely a good date night or girls brunch date. “I stopped here for a takeout pizza. This is exactly like the pizza I had in Italy. I love NY style pizza, but this is Naples style (Neapolitan). It's delicious and it's done very well here. There are basic items I look for in good Neapolatin pizza. First, the crust should be crispy and airy. Second, the dough bottom should be stretched thin and cooked slightly browned with a thin crisp on the bite. Next, the sauce and cheese should be thin but savory, with a touch of olive oil and full of flavor. All of these things require skill in making and shaping the dough as well as a good oven that crisps the bottom while the cheese bubbles on top. I make pizza from scratch at home, and I've learned how important each of these factors are and the difficulty in perfection them.I personally don't respect a pizza covered with multiple toppings that distract from these primary flavors. I had the Margherita pizza and the fresh basil added a wonderful aroma and flavor that came together perfectly with the other ingredients. I remembered myself enjoying a pizza in Italy with every bite. Novo is the best Neapolatin pizza I've had anywhere in GA.Sorry, there are no photos, but the ROTP (Rule of Takeout Pizza) states you must have a slice before leaving the parking lot. Novo would be best enjoyed on premise. This wasn't an option for me this time, but a future trip will allow for pictures and more exploration!“

“Every time I come here I leave the night drunk and full of laughs, haha. I love their wide selection of beer & seltzer options, and their bartenders are amazing and always easy to talk to! We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and they were extremely accommodating!! We had about 15 people and were able to reserve one of their private rooms. Their on-site food vendor was A-MAZING and definitely went above and beyond both in food and customer service. 1000/10 would recommend this place whether you are just wanting to hang with a few friends or bringing people together for a celebration!“

“This place is great. It’s in Atlanta. Staple where you can put church choir ropes on when you go. On certain days they have drag and karaoke. When you go on the weekends it’s a great place to dance. They also have picnic tables outside. This is a great place to be casual but also have a great time.“

Even so, this is the highest valet service fee that I have ever experienced. That aside, we enjoyed a wonder evening.“
